Ordered online, the Bogo deal, waited in the dining area because they told me I had to wait until they get the order details since I was early. As I am waiting they cancel my order and said “Subway” cancelled it and I had to call subway. Meanwhile I am in subway. Then they said they have a problem with the BOGO1 promotion. So why did they make me wait?! Go to the other subway in East Brunswick.

The cliché review would be if I can leave a zero I would. The oversize bread and the lack of meat on these overpriced sandwiches are starting to get ridiculous. When you order tuna they are supposed to give you two scoops but instead they smear it as it was a butter or cream cheese. Maybe the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread is always stale. If I could give zero stars I would. Talk about incompetence I ordered Uber eats so I would not have to drive to get lunch. I ordered a veggie PATTY sandwich it came with lettuce tomato and onion only no cheese no patty no nothing that I ordered . Now I have no lunch at all and I paid 30$ for food that’s ended up in the garbage. I hope all of you who were working today get fired bc how do you not know how to read ticket. I had a great first time experience. I got the philly footlong and it was delicious to say the least. The best part was the mayo. The person who was making my sandwich was kind. They were patient and gave me even amounts of everything. It was relaxing in there and wasn’t all loud. I also liked the temperature as it was pretty cool. Definitely would recommend and I would come back.

When you walk in they don’t even great you. Two guys were working this day. One at register the other near sandwich station, he was staring at me so I assumed okay I’ll order, after I told him what I wanted he said wait so I did. The other guy comes over and I tell him my order and he comes out with the bread that’s COVERED in MOLD. I said is that mold? And he said no it’s fresh, i said I’m not eating that. He noticed and gave me a new one. While he’s doing that I seen the WHOLE rack of MOLDY bread and he just threw it out. I was kinda hesitant still, but I was like okay no biggie he got “fresh” ones from a different oven. Next day I wake up feeling so sick, must have been the meat or something, they are not fresh at all. I love Subway, but this location I’m staying away from.

Surprised to see all the other bad reviews as the last time I went there the girl was incredibly rude, kept giving weird looks and acted like she didn’t wanna be there. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. The manager is usually nice but whoever was hired recently is incredibly rude and should be fired.

The subs were good.. staffs were cooperative and the taste was usual subway taste.. place was cool. There is a walmart right opposite.. and five guys just next to it.. overall good location on the road..
