Subway is disgusting. It smells really bad and they make terrible sandwiches. The cold cuts are all pre cut just sitting in an open space. They put almost no meat on the rolls. It’s a waste of money.

Stopped in from out of town a few minutes before 8:00 pm. Even though it says they close at 9:00 pm, I walked in and was told they were closed. Door unlocked, lights on, employees behind the counter. As I was leaving someone else walked in and walked out also, apparently told the same thing. Disappointing.

Just wanted a 6” roast beef sub no cheese presented a $4.99 coupon. Roast beef was not excluded but they still denied it $10.32 later they asked for a tip. Press no tip card approved then she says no it didn’t work and cancels the order to get a tip. Thought this would be quick and easy not cost $11.

Came here with my husband and ordered a herb and cheese foot long sandwich with turkey, pepperoni, bacon, provolone, tomato, red onion, cucumber, mayo and vinegar toasted of course. The male employee apparently didn’t hear me say turkey that was literally the first word that came out my mouth after saying Italian herb and cheese foot long. I always order the same sandwich from subway I’m very specific on what I like to eat because of my anxiety I don’t get anything else from subway. I’ve been eating the same sandwich for years!
After eating the first half of my sandwich I noticed it tasted a little off that’s because all I was eating was just bare bacon and pepperoni so the flavor was strong the turkey balances it out. Not to mention I’m pregnant so my flavor palette is more enhanced.
I went up to get my sandwich fixed. He claimed he never heard me say turkey. I asked if their camera has audio to replay it back because they were trying to charge almost 3$ just to add the turkey onto the sandwich that I originally asked for. I shouldn’t of have had to pay for a mistake that I didn’t make. So my husband came back into the store to speak with them because we spent over 30$ on our meal there. They also had some other girl that wasn’t there originally ring us up to charge for the mistake he made. I’m not sure if he was embarrassed and realized what he did but wanted to collect his coins.
But if you’re wondering why I wasn’t completely watching my sandwich being made was because I had to step outside to throw up because I’m pregnant. Overall our experience there was great at first until I noticed the mistake and was almost charged for it. We walked out without having to pay and we are thankful for the mistake being fixed but it shouldn’t have even been almost a 3$ charge to fix a mistake made by the employee .
This is the only reason why I’m giving 1 star. In the future I hope you put your greedy money hungry energy to the side and just fix the sandwich. This will prevent bad reviews.

We came in at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, the young lady made our subs which were made fine but at the end of our meal she kept running into the bathroom to get sick.
We did use that bathroom before we ate to wash our hands, which was not clean at all. I’m just hoping we don’t end up sick.

Have been going to this subway my whole life with no issues and always loved it until today. I asked for a cup for water with my sub. The woman at the register handed me the cup. I then proceeded to get water from the soda fountain and went to put a lid on only to see a giant black thing in my water. I freaked OUT! I handed it to her so quick because I was panicking asking “what is that?!” And she poured it slowly in the sink saying nothing as she did so. She was inspecting whatever it was that came out of the soda machine in the sink. I asked again and she goes “it’s just something that fell out of the machine.” Well OBVIOUSLY! Nothing should be falling out of the machine into my drink omg ew It was the color and size of a roach, or maybe a chunk of black mold. I have no idea what it was, I should have inspected it myself. I lost my appetite after that and threw my sub away and am thoroughly grossed out. Will not be returning to this location

May 2024. Roast beef is back off the menu. I don’t like the new metal roller that prevents the customer from seeing the meat. Who knows what’s back there. Subway is on its way out.

I just stopped on my way for grab food and I was so pleased by the evening staff. The guy was super nice. He was so active, full of energy and fast. In my life in subway no one ever asked me if you want coutons with salad as no one cares for customer rights

Very clean and sanitary. Loved the service. I had an issue trying to decide what toppings to put on a new type of sandwich ive never tried before. Ian was very helpful to decide. Picked put a great assortment for my sandwich. Woukd recommend this subway to anyone looking for a clean and great atmosphere!
