Location should adjust their time online. This subway definitely does not close at 9pm. Closes way earlier than that. The time on Google is misleading. I have been a customer since they opened.

Don’t go here, got 4 sandwiches which were below standard, bread was crunchy and not fresh. Owner did not greet us and was very quiet throughout the whole order. Cookies were terrible, hard as a rock and must’ve been left out for a few days, this is making me question the lunch meat they serve. Never going back here.

Very disappointed with my order. Had ordered 3 veggie delite sandwiches with different veggies, but all 3 were made without cheese, hardly any veggies and loaded with pickles and jalapeños, they were dripping in dressing as if it was some sort of a curry!! No attention was paid to the details of the online order. My kids starved thanks to the incompetence of the person behind the counter.

The guy behind the counter never looks up, doesn’t greet you, never says a word, just keeps moving down the aisle as the customer speaks, telling him what to add to the sub. Don’t support this kind of service. There are plenty of better alternatives within a short distance.

My sandwich was significantly inferior to those I’ve had at other Subways. The bread was somehow soggy still after toasting. The lettuce was old, and the service was a bit on the slow side. I wouldn’t say it’s disgusting, but there are far better sandwich options (Jersey Mike’s, Wawa) in the immediate vicinity.

Overall poor experiences the past few times we visited. We go because of convenience with kids taking tennis down the street. I don’t know how many times the sandwiches were not what was expected. The last visit we ordered a foot long meatball sandwich…there were a few meatballs in the entire sandwich – they scraped dried sauce and put it on the sandwich!!! At first when my son showed me I just thought meatballs were broken up but then when I tested it – just dried sauce. I brought it back and the person stated they were out of meatballs. The nerve to serve a “takeout” order that way. Only way we knew before too late was bc my kids ate in the parking lot as we were going to another activity and could go back in. Horrible and likely won’t ever go back. Burned too many times with subpar sandwiches and customer service.

This location has definitely gone downhill over the years. Nothing tastes fresh any more and the service here is laughable and surly at best. Online orders are either completed late or completely wrong or both. Skip it and go to Jersey Mike’s across the parking lot.

Friday lunch 1pm only one worker, two people ahead of me ordering several items. Took 20 minutes till my order was finished. Told by worker that the store does not honor subway coupons. Considering Jersey Mike’s is in same shopping center and WaWa is across the street, this seems a bad policy since without the coupon. Subway was more expensive.
