I love the food, it’s typical subway, but for some reason the customer service here is abysmal. I went at 12:30 on a Monday. Hours of operation on the sign on the door said 8AM to 9PM hours. The door was locked. I could see an employee in there but he paid no mind. So I tried calling. The phone rang once and then it ended, as if someone picked up and manually hung up the phone. Like are you kidding me? If the owner is reading this, please get on your staff. Your business is losing money because your employees refuse to see customers.

Terrible customer service. Worker wanted me to wait 15 minutes because she was on FaceTime with her friend on lunch break. I politely told her I was in a rush and she proceeded to get up and make my sandwiches with an attitude (while still talking on the phone). She rushed my order and didn’t even toast the bread like I asked. After seeing other reviews similar, I will definitely not be coming back. Owner doesn’t seem to be taking his business seriously.

Food is usual Subway. Nothing to write home about. Drink machine has been out of order for god knows how long and bottled drinks are few and far between. Not even bottled water. Employee got order wrong and her phone was going off constantly, making it hard to concentrate on giving the order. Bugs flying around and in the toppings. And was initially empty when we arrived, with no doorbell to signal a customer so we waited and called out but no one came until we began to leave the shop.
If the manager is reading this, PLEASE take better care of your store!

This location is the worst. The customer service has been awful at nearly every visit. Last time I went, It was 45 min before closing and the girl behind the counter said they were closed but the store said it was open. I tried to ask if they were open but she was on the phone and proceeded to ignore me until I interrupted.
She said she was closed and when I asked about the hours indicated online, she proceeded to clarify that they were open but she decided to no longer take orders because she wanted to prep food for the next day so she could leave early…all of which was conveyed with the utmost disrespect and attitude. She begrudgingly made the 2 hoagies and was rude throughout. Won’t be returning again.

This has to be one of the WORST Subways in NJ. The girl got my order wrong twice. Tgere were bugs flying around the toppings (and in them!). Drink machine was broken and only bottled drinks they had were orange Fanta and milk. I mean, at least have water for petes sake. And they only had multigrain bread. I ended up going next door to the pizza place instead. This place seriously needs help FAST.

Don’t go here, got 4 sandwiches which were below standard, bread was crunchy and not fresh. Owner did not greet us and was very quiet throughout the whole order. Cookies were terrible, hard as a rock and must’ve been left out for a few days, this is making me question the lunch meat they serve. Never going back here.

Location should adjust their time online. This subway definitely does not close at 9pm. Closes way earlier than that. The time on Google is misleading. I have been a customer since they opened.
I believe as a courtesy they can adjust their time appropriately to when they actually close whether it is 8pm or 8:30 but it definitely is not 9pm.

Walked in at 8pm on Sunday, store was open, nobody was at the front, called couple of times before someone came out and told that it’s closed. There is no sign it’s closed, and in fact there is a sign that says they are open till 9pm on Sunday. Glad I didnt try to order online for pickup.

Very disappointed with my order. Had ordered 3 veggie delite sandwiches with different veggies, but all 3 were made without cheese, hardly any veggies and loaded with pickles and jalapeños, they were dripping in dressing as if it was some sort of a curry!! No attention was paid to the details of the online order. My kids starved thanks to the incompetence of the person behind the counter.
