Extremely Disappointed!

I had the worst experience at Subway that I’ve ever encountered, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. I ordered the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and the Italian Hotshot, totaling $36.33, including tips. However, what I received was far from what I expected.

The chicken was nothing like the quality I anticipated; it appeared to be cheap, little shredded chicken that didn’t even resemble real chicken—more like parmesan in appearance. As for the taste, there was none. The flavor was completely lacking, and the texture was simply awful.

The Italian sub was equally disappointing. It was overloaded with cheese and veggies, and upon opening it, I found just a fews slices of salami and ham. Overall, the experience was incredibly unsatisfying and not worth the money spent.

I’ve decided that I will not be returning to Subway in the future, dont waste your money to this place!!!!

This place has really gone downhill in recent years. Expect to pay more for less. Girl literally took back the extra tomatoes cause can’t put more than 4 slices?? Wild. I don’t even eat meat. Cost me $13. It’s mostly bread.. step up your game subway. Been coming less & less, soon won’t come back at all. Terrible.

I recently visited the Subway inside Walmart, and I have to say, the new management has really made a difference! The store looks cleaner and more organized than ever before. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your order. My sandwich was made to perfection — fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a fast, efficient experience. It’s clear that the new management is committed to providing top-notch service and quality food. I’ll be coming back again and again.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had in a Subway. My granddaughter ordered her sandwich and the clerk said that will be 7.99 and didn’t even acknowledge that I wanted to order and she really acted put out that she had to make my sandwich. I got the meal of the day, she gave me a cup for my drink and I asked for a complimentary water cup and she said they didn’t have one. Any other restaurant would do this without a problem. Her attitude was one of rudeness. It doesn’t take much to be kind because you never know what kind of day someone is having. If she doesn’t like her job, she should look elsewhere.

This is one of the best subways I’ve been to. The staff are very attentive and the management is amazing. Always clean, fresh, well stocked, efficient, and the staff are so welcoming. They remember their customers. I literally drove an extra 10 miles out of my way just to eat here!

Stingy, doesn’t want to give any veggies, cheese, or anything and one sub is $13 without any ad-ons. Claims to accept coupons (on their app and website), but doesn’t accept any via online or irl. Also I noticed the other meat options that I did not order had weird dark spots and the beef had holographic prints?? on them which they should throw out.

Horrible I ordered my sub online, no problems I get to the restaurant, they said that they are not online, and I have to cancel the food myself. They did not have what I wanted anyway so I had to order a regular sub. Than they say they only take cash cause I guess no Wi-Fi for subway. If they were nice about like a one time thing but don’t be rude about it like it’s my problem.
