Older lady that makes sandwiches there should be FIRED!!! She always gives me an attitude when I order especially if I have a coupon she tries to tell me I can’t get a certain sandwich when coupon doesn’t even have that sandwich excluded I’ve always been nice and saying thank you and etc but she still gives me an attitude I’ve also seen her give attitude to other customers and heard them say they will never order from there again all cause of her I rather go to a subway 30mins away instead of going 5mins to this one will highly recommend as long as she works there to never go to this subway

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. Two girls were on shift — one was literally doing nothing, just standing around, and the other was painfully slow. There was only one customer in front of me, but I still waited 20 minutes. After wasting all that time, they told me they couldn’t even make my order and basically told me to go somewhere else. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a total waste of my time. I won’t be coming back

Patricia was the worst, rude and messed up my order. I had to ask her to remake it. She was just going to give it to me as is and avoid responsibility for the mess up. She was more focused on chit chatting than order accuracy. Incompetent in serving more than one customer at a time. Please train your employees on how to speak to customers.

Raspberry cheese cake cookes are amazing! And thr chocolate chip are great too. Always soft and warm and the price is awesome. But everything else sucks. Including the service.

I normally don’t write reviews however today during my work lunch break I decided to look for the closest subway when I found one I was excited to finally have something different for lunch since it’s a small town and not much is around. I walk in and stand at the counter for 3-4 min until waiting to be helped I was super patient being the woman was waiting for another customer to come back with change while waiting a man was vacuuming the rug I was standing on which again is no big deal normally however the area to order food is really small so they only place to stand is on the rug I tried as hard as I could to stand on the tile floor that I was leaning against the glass I apologized to the guy for being in his way and nothing he just turned the vacuum back on and ignored where I was even standing making me feel like I’m inconveniencing him. The woman behind the counter finally asked me “you know what you want yet?” I work in retail and I’ve worked in food industry for 6+years so I understand work isn’t exciting or fun however when working in customer service you should be friendly especially to your extremely patient and kind customers. Moving forward I told the woman what I wanted she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have enough ingredients for what I was asking for , again being understanding I simply changed my order with zero problems. Asks what kind of bread and slaps down the bread doesn’t speak smile nothing. Finally she asks if I want my sandwich toasted I said yes not realizing it was a big deal however she showed with her expressions that I was asking too much to throw my sandwich in the toaster. After it was toasted she finished it up and unappealingly said “alright that it ?” And tossed the sandwich in the bag and onto the counter. At this point everything seemed like she was annoyed and wanted me to just leave. Mind you I’m on break from work (retail) talking to customers all day I was thirsty but because her attitude was so poor I was discouraged to ask for a drink too because I figured it would aggravate her more. So I kindly told her that was all I needed I paid and took my sandwich and thanked her she never said a word back to me just ignored me like I wasn’t even there , not to mention I was the only customer so she wasn’t at all busy which if she was busy I would have been more understanding however after the entire 15 min at my first time discovering this subway was absolutely awful I will not be back and I know the employees (don’t care if I’m back or not) but subway should spend more time training their employees how to properly treat the public that are spending money at their establishment.
I don’t want anything out of this review I just hope that no one else gets treated how I was and that things change on the front line of subway because the employees representing this particular subway make the company look awful.

I called to ask about the BOGO but no answer, it just hangs up. Went inside but lady looked angry so i didnt even bother to ask. One good thing abiut that pilot is that no charge for cashing com checks. Thx

Subpar. Only few parking spots. Got both counter service AND The pre-made subs, both are subpar. (Premade has less than advertised amount of meats. a lot less, had maybe single slice of turkey. Maybe 2) the counter service was in no hurry either must have been close to 10 minutes all told with no wait for toasting either.

The thing about this and all other Subway restaurants is the lack of meats you get. If they would just give you a little more you would be good. But it always seems my portions are just a little smaller than I like. And the double meat adds too much money on to the bottom line.

The worker here is awesome. He is thorough as they come. He wrote the name on each sandwich. He tore the spinach before putting it on the bread. The food is as good as always. Eat here with complete confidence
