I put specific instructions :
Do not toast
NO Ham
Only cook bacon
They didn’t read the order, and both of the employees were arguing with me that there is ham on this sandwich, and then he argued about him not toasting it. When he took the ham off, he left it with only 3 slices of turkey.
After I mentioned to him taking off the ham and not putting more turkey on them
He mumbled one is free. He shouldn’t participate in the app. Buy one get one . Then I was told not to come back.
Do not go here he put the ham back to serve to other customers after he took it off my sandwich.
I ordered a Sub for my son and I mentioned that this is for my small son please do not put any hot sauce. After they wrap the sandwich and my small kid eat some he cry from hotness of sub.
They also are not accepting any coupon and when I asked why you send the coupon if subway is not accepting it. The lady give me the bright answer that she do not know why they are not accepting coupons. (I may have to ask some one else, they did not seems working there).
I think Wrong people in wrong place.
God bless all.
Be careful here.
After finishing my order and trying to pay the lady cut the person who she recognized in line ahead of me and made me and my two year old move away from the cash register so that they could pay first. I wish I was kidding.
I can overlook the fact that the service was slow, most of the vegetables looked withered and there were small flies buzzing around everywhere but that had to be one of the rudest things anyone’s ever done to me.
Really hope someone from the subway team reaches out to me about this one.
Just wow.
Now I know why most of the subways are going out of business. Most of them has no concept of customer service.
Had a horrible experience in this subway again…
A lady name Pinder was there and after waiting 5 min, she showed up from the back.
She was very rude to my 15 years old son because he was being picky on how much lettuce he wanted in his sandwich. Then she rolls her eyes at me and says “ugh” because it wanted 2 sauces in my sub. If she didn’t want to make sandwiches then I’m not sure why she is there and all the subway owners should hire people who are actually interested in their job (not just their family members). Never going back there again !
To top it all, ordered a kids meal with came with juice and apple sauce but the lady charged $1.50 extra for the juice and then when I asked where is the apple sauce, she rolled her eyes at me.
Never giving them a penny again.
I guess this is the new subway, especially the ones in Walmart. Shouldn’t have expected any more.
Good job
– Fairly healthier options in comparison to other fast food places
– Vegetarian options available
– Delicious subs!!!
This is why Subway isn’t nice (and probably why it’s going under):
– It’s fairly expensive compared to other fast food joints
– Hard to find a Subway close to my house
– Rewards program is not the best
– Some employees don’t like their jobs and don’t prepare the subs in an uncooked fashion
This particular Subway is one of the only good ones, which is why I come here a lot.
