Got sandwiches as I was leaving for a trip and decided to get 2 12 inch subs here using the app. We ended up with 2 6 inch subs. We were already well underway so it wasn’t worth going back and complaining but we will be reaching out to customer service to see about getting a refund. Spend over $20 for sauce soaked sandwiches. Terrible. Didn’t want to honor a digital coupon I used online which I know Subway Corp mandates now. Made the first order but was rude and it wasn’t even good. It had almost no meat in it. I hope this place gets closed down so another franchise can open here. Waste of real estate for such garbage and business practice

This Subway is making people fool. I placed an online order with a coupon — it was accepted the first time, but the second time they cancelled it and claimed it was “automatic.” Then why promote coupons if you won’t honor them? Make sure the Tuna is fresh.
I took the Tuna sub and it was disgusting. As soon as I took a bite I got vomit sensation due to rotten Tuna.
Went back to the store and the manager said he’s serving the same Tuna for 3 days and there’s no complaints so far. I threw the sub in the garbage right in front of him. He didn’t offered a refund but said I can get 50% discount if I want.
I lost my appetite and not sure what to do.
Should I report it to food safety department?
