I would ignore the bad reviews that are posted for this location. Its not inside of a walmart. Its location is in a plaza. The manager and his wife do an outstanding job with customer service. I got here at 8:50 and they close at 9 pm. The guy was super sweet and gave me fresh ingredients. He went above and beyond. Very good first impression. Definitely coming back here. The rede comments are from people who are unhappy with the franchise but thats not the location owners fault!

Tried the BOGO offer on three orders. The franchisee called and cancelled two of my orders. Said he refuses to honor the offer from Subway on more than one order. I wish the franchisee and Subway resolved this between them and not treat customers this way WHOSE MONEY keeps them in BUSINESS to begin with!!

Order a footlong “The Boss” on “Italian herbs and cheese“ bread with extra mayonnaise and “sweet onion teriyaki” sauce. Sandwich guy was friendly. Store was spacious and clean. Sandwich was delicious

This shop is located inside Walmart. The service is terrible in my opinion. They always act like they’re too busy to fill your order. They just sit around behind the counter, sometimes scrolling on a phone. I charge my EV at this location, so I’ve eaten here a couple times. The sandwich is very good, but the lack of service makes me want to skip this location going fwd. Too chintzy on the meats in my POV.

called subway to ask a simple question, the experience was horrible. a man answered the phone on the last ring, and from the moment he picked up he sounded completely clueless and unprepared to help. i tried to be polite and said “okay, thank you”, but before i could even finish, he cut me off and hung up the phone. the attitude was disrespectful and honestly disgusting. not how customers should be treated, especially when they’re calling with a straightforward question. very unprofessional.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just want to warn anyone. The owners of this subway are VERY greedy and care only about maximum profit. This location does NOT participate in any of the coupons offered online. Whether you have the physical coupon or even when you attempt to order from the app using a promo code or award. They do not put enough cheese or sauce in their products either. I HIGHLY do not recommend. Go to Englishtown NJ or the East Brunswick NJ subway instead. Those locations will be worth your hard earned money.
