If you’re looking for a sub that will change your life or win an award for culinary innovation, this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for a consistent, no-nonsense sub, this store hits the mark perfectly.
The best word to describe the food here is predictable—and I mean that as a compliment.
It’s your standard, everyday sub. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are fair, and it tastes exactly like you think it’s going to taste. No surprises, no “signature” twists, just a solid meal.
Every time I walk in, the store is notably clean. Granted, I usually swing by about 30 minutes after they open, so I’m catching them at their morning best, but it’s always a pleasant environment to step into.
It’s not spectacular, but it’s not trying to be. It’s a reliable spot that does the basics right. In a world of over-hyped “artisan” eateries, there’s something nice about getting exactly what you paid for in a clean setting. I’ll definitely be back next time I need a quick breakfast.

Store closes at 10pm. If you come between 9/9:30 the two young girls working inside will tell you you can’t sit down there because they close at 10pm. Store should specify that after 9pm the inside seating area is closed.
