Clean subways. It looks more modern looking. They have a nice theme of light wood on the countertops and then a mix of grey and green.
A nice lady greeted me and made my sandwich right there. I didn’t have to wait.
The bathroom is locked and the lady can open it remotely.
Overall, it’s a clean place to eat.

What a shame! I only went to the subway because it’s on my way to work. I bought half a roast beef sandwich on Japanese bread. They should be ashamed. They served me very old bread. It would have been better if they offered me another one. I had to throw it away because it was hard and old. I can’t complain since it was my work schedule. Zero recommendation.

Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. One piece of han and one piece of salami and no cheese at all besides the wrong toppings on both sandwiches and not even mayo or oil and vinegar which I asked for also. This order totaled $25 for one foot long and a half Worst meal ever. And of course this is only subway in tristate area not doing the 6.99 foot long deal

Drove over 40 minutes to get to this location since they said they were open until 10pm. I am not usually someone to frequent a buisness right before close, but due to a request from a chronically ill family member, I was desperate to aquire a sandwich for them. I arrived at 9:57 to a locked door, and employee who refused to serve me even though posted hours say 10pm on the door.

I went back to my car and called the store. The employee I spoke with said that they close at 9:56 and they could not help me. When I asked for the manger/owners contact I was left on an open line and she continued to ignore me and not respond.

All of their sandwich ingredients were still out and there was no reason but straight laziness to not serve me. Unfortunately, due to the complete lack of customer service, I had to return to the hospital to tell my loved one they couldn’t have their favorite meal.

Customer BEWARE.
Seems every time I order from here, there’s something wrong. I placed a mobile order for a toasted sandwich. I show up while he’s making it & it’s clearly not toasted. He proceeds to argue with me that it doesn’t say toasted on the ticket but the screenshot of my order CLEARLY states toasted as I showed him. He continued to be rude about it while making my sandwich. I asked for the receipt so I could have the link to the survey, that’s when he started being nice. Couple weeks later, I order a kids meal for delivery. They forgot the beverage AND the applesauce. So all my kid got was a tiny sandwich…great. And if you’re not watching them make your sandwich, they skimp on ingredients. I see why this franchise gets such bad reviews. They clearly don’t care about customer retention. Customer BEWARE.

UPDATE: the owner replied “wrong place”. This is ABSOLUTELY the right place. Subway on Chestnut btwn 1st & 2nd, next to Rita’s. See what I mean??

Longest time I’ve ever waited in line to order food. There was one worker doing online orders in this tablet, the second worker was standing around lost, and the guy that was actually taking live orders was super slow, and he was doing pick up orders simultaneously! I was there for over 20 mins. If you have actual customers (seven of us) waiting, attend them first before fulfilling pick up orders. Common sense!

Dee, the young man that made my sub is one of the sweetest people that place has ever had. Well mannered, hard working & makes an amazing sandwich. That place is lucky to have him & I hope they tell him about this comment. Everyone in there should learn how to treat a customer from Dee. Thank you Dee. Your parents did an awesome job with you.

This Subway sucks!!! I ordered on DoorDash and they refused to fill the order after accepting my money. The dasher was so nice. He explained that I had paid for the order and that they should fill it anyway. After calling customer service, the Subway says that they don’t have enough meatballs to make the sandwich!!! Horrible!!!
