This location is pathetic, and the staff were so rude and vehemently mean that honestly, this location does not deserve to be in Secaucus, as there are other locations that can me my Sandwich needs.
For starters, ,when I presented a coupon to get a six-inch footlong to an Indian-Spanish woman, she vehemently and meanly stated we don’t accept coupons, like she was a dictator. Her attitude put me off and honestly, looking at the location, there are better shops. It won’t be long before Dunkin Donuts absorb the whole space and wipes that Subway out, and I would love to see that happen. Would love to see it.

Worst subway experience. I ordered via app and picked up here. They just totally ignored my note to heat the bread/cheese/meat and cut it into half. None of my instruction was picked up. Also, the amount of roast beef is below average per my experience. Maybe it is just because we use a coupon offer? A foot long sandwich here cannot feed a male adult for sure. Very disappointed.

I totally appreciated this diner, the food is remarkable, plus the washrooms were clean. It was a little fridgity indoors, so yeah, it was not the most enjoyable. The atmosphere is excellent. I will most definitely think about returning once more if I have the opportunity. Me and also my close friend ordered the toast and also we were not let down. My one suggestion is to maintain the cool exterior. Thank you!

This is the absolute best Subway in the world. IDK how anyone could be complaining, the entire crew is so nice and friendly.. I get this subway almost once a week, every week, since I work in the area. It’s truly the best! Love the people there and the food is great.

Coupon had drink and chips included. However theses guys donna how to process and not ready to offer or apologize rather they argue.
The way he spoke to customer(me) was not right when somebody is not clear with coupon what you guys sent. When you send coupon make sure its working in system.
They list everything but lot of items no stock like I asked fanta but she didnt had then I said Sprite and then I realized I got coca. Looks like they don’t listen what you ask. When you complain this to subway customer service they don’t respond properly.
