4 people is way too many employees to do nothing. One or two would be enough. I pre-order on the app while shopping at Walmart. The app said food was ready, but they haven’t started making it and when asked about it didn’t speak English.

They need to shut down this Subway permanently. Feb 2023 I purchased a sandwitch and went home. Towards the end of eating my sandwich I start chewing on something which I immediately know is inedible. I take the piece out of my mouth to find it is a black elastic piece of a disposable mask.

They forgot to add Chicken in a chicken sandwich!!!!!! And when I went back to get it added, he has the guts to say that I’ll have to charge extra for that!!! Doesn’t even bother to put a sign about not accepting any kinds of coupons, not even the one which Subway corporate printed. So I’m paying $5+ for 6 inch filled with lettuce. And good luck explaining your order in English without repeating twice at least. But if you speak Spanish than you’re good to go.

If you want a tasty treat loaded with chemicals and preservatives, then by all means, this is the place for you. What can I say, I used to eat here too, but at the end of the day you are still eating processed meat loaded with carcinogens. Like any chain the staff is always well trained and fast as heck. Courteous and polite. But if you want to eat healthy for real, don’t be fooled, eat somewhere else. This place is not healthy eating like it tries to come off as.

On June 14th after driving home from North Carolina with my husband we were both exhausted and hungry and I decided to go online to order 2 sandwiches at the Watchung Mall location. I posted and payed on my credit card. The message I received was to be at that location at 6:55 PM. I got there at 6:45PM and the man was closing the store. I asked him where my sandwiches were and he said I am closed, I said but you said to be here at 6:55 and I was 10 minutes early, again he said he was closed. I asked what am I going to do now he says oh well. I said wait a minute I paid for those sandwiches on line, he says I’m closed come back some other time. Then he told me it was my problem. I started to raise my voice and I noticed a man starting to walk over towards me so I shut up. I went online and sure enough the charges were on my account. I went and got sandwiches at another store in the mall.. I was mad, in fact I still am…. I called up Chase and they told me that the charges were pending and to wait a couple of days. I did and the charges went through. I called up chase and stopped the payment for something that I ordered but NEVER received the product. Chase took care of the charges with your company!!! I have picked up sandwiches by you before, but never again. That man was rude, and he didn’t even have a name tag on so that I can tell you his name!!! All I can say is that he was short and overweight!!!!!

I wish I could add the video of what just happened… the lady there right now at 9:18…… didn’t listen to me at all…. I ask for a footlong she cuts it into a 6inch….. ask for red onions ahe adds lettuce… then I went before to this location just for the auntie Annie and the same woman pretended not to speak English but today it was perfect ♀️. And to top it off she had on headphones like I know it’s early but you now even paying attention to what I’m saying just adding w.e you want…. then she refused to make my sandwich over and a manager wasn’t available I will be back to report her and show the manager the video I have of her refusing to make my sandwich and then she removed the headphones… and she’s on a subway camera with them on….. smh…

I never liked subway. The meats are not fresh and they don’t put much on the subs. They all taste terrible and cheap. I would never go there again. The very best subs are at just subs rt 22 in greenbrook. Stay away from subway!

I would give them 0 stars, but in order to write a review, I had to give them at least one. The employees working here lack customer service. I went in for a sandwich and the employee wouldn’t even speak to me. Towards the end of my purchase, I found out he was betting with another employee on who can go longer without speaking to a customer. This place lacks decent employees & customer service.
