We stopped into this subway for a little lunch. Everything was clean and fresh. Mary and Varina are fantastic! They were so quick to help us and they handled our order like pro’s! If you’re in Bayonne, this is a stop you have to make. Thank you Mary and Varina!

I am extremely disappointed with this Subway. My son went in to get food and ordered through the app. He chose the BMT sandwich because it came with a cookie and a drink. Before finalizing the order, he clearly told the worker that he cannot eat pork or ham and asked if it was possible to change the meats. The worker said yes, so we went ahead and paid for the order.
After the purchase was completed, my son specifically asked for the pepperoni to be removed and replaced with turkey. Suddenly, the worker said no, claiming that meats cannot be changed which directly contradicts what she told us before we paid.
We then tried to resolve the issue by calling the store. The customer service was horrible. The worker called her boss, put us on hold, and came back just to say no again. When we asked to speak directly to the boss or get their contact information, she refused and said she couldn’t give us the boss’s number, which makes absolutely no sense.
This whole situation was misleading, frustrating, and disrespectful. We were told one thing before paying and something completely different after the money was already taken. No accountability, no solution, and no proper customer service. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered a few sandwiches, none were good. One was supposed to have bacon, but didn’t. 2 others had old spinach and avocado, which was disgusting. None of us are more than half our sandwich, it was that nasty. You couldn’t pay me to try this place again.

I think the prices should be posted on the board, not close to the calories for a 6in or 12inch. I ordered from a very nice woman who also prepared it. There wasn’t anyone sitting in there eating. I didn’t have any let, tom, etc. I had a foot long sweet onion teriyaki with just a tiny bit of cheese. I didn’t know that they didn’t have mozzarella alone. I asked for guacamole. I told her that I knew it was extra. After adding me up I was shocked! 17$ plus change. I gave the whole 20$. I was looking at their coupons at home that come in the weekly circular. It has a coupon for a foot long for 7$. I wish that I had brought it with me. I could’ve had sushi from UMI for that price. NEVER AGAIN! It was my fault for assuming it was less expensive because I had the coupons at home. I am angry at myself for not being prepared. I should have asked first. I only ate half of it. The place is very clean and the workers were very nice and doing their job instead of playing with their phones and ignoring me. Plenty of napkins and chips and fully stocked with cookies and sodas. Fountain and bottles. Again, it was my fault for just assuming.
