The Subway location on Westport Ave is a great location, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. One of the employees, Naveen, always makes a point to say hi and is always friendly when I come in to get a sandwich.

I almost never write a bad review unless it’s absolutely necessary, however I came here for dinner one night, and after I started to eat my sandwich I noticed a few black strand of hair. One imbedded in the bread, and one mixed in with the veggies inside. I quickly showed the person at the front and she didn’t even offer me a refund. I threw it out right after. I would include pictures but I was in such disgust, all I thought about at the time was throwing it out. It’s a real shame, because subway is a good sub chain, it’s just they hire poor workers.

Went in at night to get some subway cookies because i love them…wanted to try one out, mind you i wanted to pay for it first. I took a bite and asked for 3 more since they were soft and good, but apparently the hispanic women thought it was too much to ask for to slide out the tray and pull out 3 more that she rolled her eyes at me aggrevated.

I ordered online and I showed the guy my phone what I ordered and he’s telling me I didn’t order that and he can’t give it to me and this is the second time they did it when I use the coupon online never going to this location again and the guy is so rude like you really couldn’t just give me the fountain soda that I paid for And you have to be so annoying about it where I work the customer is always right I would’ve just given them the soda

SÚPER BAD SEVICE! THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE.
I went to to get 2 sandwiches. The lady proceeded to tap her fingers on the Board clearly annoyed then proceeded to tell me there was NO MEATBALLS when you could clearly see that there where meatballs. LASTY she didn’t give me my receipt. OVERALL BAD SERVICE!

I’ve stopped here twice since I live nearby. The sandwiches here, in my experience, are made with far fewer ingredients than any other subway I’ve been to. Since they’re a franchise, I think they should work to provide an experience consistent with other Subways
