Wouldn’t accept my coupon even though it expired on the 24th of December and said good in all US stores. Person making my sandwich was very rude and she even put the wrong cheese on and said she would charge me more just for putting the right cheese on After her mistake. You guys need to reconsider who you hire for this branch because the other reviews tell a similar story.

came in today no one was in the store except one worker. she was making her own food and refused to take me and my fiance. we bother were wearing full head masks and she refused to take our order. we went in with the same masks last time no one said anything and there was 2 of them. this is ridiculous. she wasnt even wearing the mask over her nose and yet she refused us. disrespectful and disgusting. wont ever come back to this one.

Rude service…woman at the counter made faces each time I mentioned what I wanted in my sandwich…like it was too much work to move her hand 8 inches towards the right to get some onions…never coming back to the worst branch I’ve ever been to.

Cashier was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like it. We used a coupon for 50% off and instead got 0.50¢ off – which as you can imagine is a large price difference. I went back up with the receipt and coupon to show him his mistake, and he maintained that I was wrong and he was right. He refused to give me money back, and called me stupid. Terrible location. Don’t give them your money.

Owner stole ten dollars off a gift card and refused, when confronted to, to reimbuse on the card or in cash. He demanded to slide the card before I ordered. Total for one steak and cheese 8 and change. Card had 10 dollars on it, returned the card to me with 1 and change remaining. Upon getting to the order, he had no steak for the steak n cheese sub. So I requested a credit or my money back. He took the card and said he credited the card to orginal.balance. Called subway gift card outside and no, the card was not credited. Upon returning to confront him, he showed me the card had a balance of 1 dollar and change. I asked wheres the other 9 dollars. He totally lied to my face and said I paid him in cash. I did not and if i did why wasnt I reimbursed with cash instead of supposedly on the gift card, which wasnt credited. I offered to give him the card if he reimbused me for only the missing credits, so he could credit it and use it. He refused. Rip off joint in Germantown. Avoid patronizing this crook.

Need more staff. One person only available to make subs. 4 people waiting and then a mass order from Grubhub that needs to be made and picked up. People leaving because of long wait.
