I was disappointed because my coupon, which expired on December 24th and was valid in all US stores, was not accepted. The person making my sandwich was very rude, and she put the wrong cheese on it. When I asked for the correct cheese, she said she would charge me extra despite her initial mistake. I think you need to reconsider the hiring practices at this branch, as other reviews reflect similar experiences.

Walked in because I haven’t been to subway in a while, I was at work on lunch, and I had gotten a coupon for a 6.99 foot long.
So I went in and start my order while holding my coupon. The person making my sandwich sees the coupon and says nothing until she is halfway through making my sandwich, then says “No coupons” under her breath so I said excuse me? And she repeats almost as faint “no coupons here. None.”
They could have told me that BEFORE they got halfway through making the sandwich, also, they have no signs or anything stating that they do not accept coupons.
Then she asks what I want on my sandwich and proceeds to put the bare minimum on the sandwich.
14.00 later I’m walking out with a sandwich that ended up tasting as though the lettuce was rotten and the meat was not quite up to par either.
Had I not been on lunch break and had to get back to work I would have left without purchasing the sandwich and gone elsewhere.
Need a sign stating they do not accept coupons and need to make sure their food is fresh.
Won’t be going back to subway again, especially this one.

Rude employee, refused to add more pickles on my sub. I asked for extra pickles, she put on 4 extra pickles and then refused me more than that. So my daughter had pickles put on her sub so I could have them. So go elsewhere, as the toppings here are beyond skimpy. And I left no tip, which I always tip 20% for deserving workers.

came in today no one was in the store except one worker. she was making her own food and refused to take me and my fiance. we bother were wearing full head masks and she refused to take our order. we went in with the same masks last time no one said anything and there was 2 of them. this is ridiculous. she wasnt even wearing the mask over her nose and yet she refused us. disrespectful and disgusting. wont ever come back to this one.

Cashier was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like it. We used a coupon for 50% off and instead got 0.50¢ off – which as you can imagine is a large price difference. I went back up with the receipt and coupon to show him his mistake, and he maintained that I was wrong and he was right. He refused to give me money back, and called me stupid. Terrible location. Don’t give them your money.
