Ordered online went to pick it up just before I got there I get a email that said my order was canceled if you canceled your order ur all set if not contact the store to see why so since I was almost at the store I went to the store to find out why they canceled my order and they told me they don’t have to explain why my order was cancelled be careful of this subway

For the most part, I’ve only ever seen one worker, but that worker is great! Very efficient and helpful. I went there for my pickup order and didn’t have to wait until the person infront of me was done ordering, when it was in the toaster she asked me if I needed help and I was served immediately 🙂 got my food fresh and warm

Open time at 9am listed by google confirmed by business six weeks ago, arrived there at 9:30 am and the door was locked, posted hours on door are 10 am to 7 pm. Went back at 10:05 am and went inside, employee told me the door should have been locked and that they don’t open until 10:20 am….. Normally I wouldn’t bother to say anything, but on this particular day I was on a tight customer driven schedule and needed lunch as I would be unable to leave later in my work day to get food. I wasted all my available time trying to get a sandwich from this Subway and had to go without till dinner. Yeah, I know…. Modern American problems, but it was annoying. They should be available during posted hours. Rant done.

Obviously they are not interested in business. Got there before their ever-shorter opening times ended (even the sign on the door clearly stated they should be open and the OPEN sign was illuminated), but the doors were locked and the lady behind the counter ignored me. Fine with me, I’ll take my business elsewhere if you don’t want it.

One of the best Subways around. The food is fresher than any I have been to in the area. The staff is courteous and friendly, they do an amazing job of making the sandwiches and even suggesting toppings or seasoning to compliment the sandwich you have ordered. I would recommend anyone in the mood for a good wedge to swing by and grab one today!

Extremely rude staff. Mar 22, 2022 at 1130AM. I’m not expecting to be greeted, but the lady was so rude as if she is doing me a favor. Even the way she took the bread out and started to slit seemed very unprofessional. I just walked out. Very rude and I’m never coming back here. I’m so upset that I’m going to complain to Subway main office because management here doesn’t seem to care

This Subway is in an area with at least 10 sandwich shops. While there is nothing specifically terrible about the food besides the sodium, there are so many better options within walking distance. The people whoe work there are nice enough, and the store is clean, so that’s good. I guess sometimes you feel like a sandwich, and sometimes you feel like subway.

Same experience. They close early nearly every night. Employees are lazy and rude. Girl working tonight locked the door half an hour early so she could sit there and chat with her boyfriend instead of helping customers. Time to fire the entire evening staff!
