Instead of waiting until my girlfriend arrived to inform her they did not have any more flatbreads, they made one sandwich with the last flatbread they had and then made the most expensive sandwich (My steak and cheese) on a wrap, which is half the size of a normal sandwich.
When my girlfriend asked why the sandwiches were different sizes they said that’s just how they do it, not even informing her that they made it on a wrap.
When I drove back to ask what had happened I was met with “I could just remake it.” In the most rude and abrasive manner. I said yes please and he didn’t even ask me what bread type I wanted.
Kids overall demeanor was passive aggressive/ rude, even to the customers he was serving at the counter.
Wasn’t the first time we’ve had issues here.
Will never be here again.
This has been a problem for some time now. They are always closed hours before they posted closing times.
What’s important is what happened next. When I visited again, the same thing happened. I believe the store owner definitely needs to be aware of this.
Regardless of the reason, it’s completely normal for a customer to ask questions. However, glaring at the customer and causing a scene is not professional behavior for someone who is there to work. I believe this kind of attitude is inappropriate.
