I went to buy on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 3:20 P.M. And the person who served me was a Hispanic lady who mistreated me because I simply asked her about the menu. She looked at me aggressively and spoke to me in an inappropriate manner without me having done anything wrong to her. This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. If they don’t change the staff, I prefer them to close because without me having spoken, that person treated me as if I were a homeless person. I am writing this to you so that the owner sees it and becomes alert with his business because if he leaves that employee in his business, he will have to close it in the end. As I told her that I was going to report it to the owner, she harassed me by coming out behind me and recording my car and recording me with video in a hostile manner. If you don’t want a lawsuit, try to respect your customers!!!

The Subway brand is pretty trustworthy in terms of quality, but what you can never be sure of with their locations is quantity and style. Everyone makes a sandwich differently, and some owners cut corners to save. My sub was one of the skimpiest I’ve ever ordered…even after asking for extra pickles. The meat is standard, but what makes an outstanding sub is the veggies, and when you don’t add them in quantity, the whole sub fails. Come on, how much can a pinch of lettuce set you back?

This place frequently will close their doors at 8 45 or sometimes earlier..stating they have no more bread. The male worker came outside and attempted to start a confrontation when I knocked on the door asking why they post a 9 pm close time but lock their doors 15 mins early…also he told me once that I need to order certain items in a particular order stating he needs to know if you’re ordering a pizza before a sandwich..avoid when possible if you don’t want to deal with miserable people. Also if you order over the phone they always neglect to toast the sandwiches.

I never really liked Subway. The commercials look like they have great big sandwiches…until Subway actually makes you one. The meat is already pre-sliced. There’s barely any meat and cheese put on the sandwiches even after the additional choice toppings.
Someone tell me why the commercials fool you into coming into Subway? It seems to me that it is false advertising .

Awful service!! I can’t believe the terrible treatment I got yesterday just because I asked a question about the combo. What rude, angry and obnoxious employees who tried to overcharge me $10 for an advertised $5 sub. No way!!! I’ll be calling corporate offices and/or their boss to share my opinion. Definitely will never return there. Go across the street to a real deli JoJo’s for a real authentic hero sub.

Service was horrible and treats there employees like garbage. Also told me they don’t take coupon they only do it so people will come to there store which is against the law (false advertising). I’m not satisfied with the experience and I am done going there. Jersey mikes is way better anyways

Looked on google to check if this Subway was still open and it showed that it was open until 9 pm. When I got there at 8:35 all lights were off and the employee was sitting outside smoking then entered back into the building as I drove out of the parking lot. Very disappointed
