As someone with a beard and mustache, I find this completely unacceptable to have somebody serving food, with this hair beard and mustache and yet no hat or hair net. This is a restaurant regardless of whether it’s a sit-down fast food or whatnot you are serving food not your hair. I can go to the local deli, and they are wearing protection to prevent their hair from going into the customer’s food.

Would like to say that the young woman that prepared my online order yesterday (6/26) did a wonderful job. Ordered the same wrap today and it was very crispy and had a lot less meat than yesterday. Guy working there today skimped out. This review is more so for the wrap. The other subs were good.

Today I went in to get a sandwich. There were people enjoying their meals in the lobby and a young man filling an Internet order and another young man prepping food. I literally stood there for about 10 minutes and the young man taking his time filling the Internet order told me to please wait he even took bread out of the oven went back to the Internet order. The other man kept prepping steak dishes for future sandwiches and no one took care of me. I went in to get a sandwich. There were people enjoying their meals in the lobby and a young man filling a Internet order and another young man prepping food. I literally stood there for about 10 minutes and the young man taking his time filling the Internet order told me to please wait. He even took bread out of the oven went back to the Internet order. The other man kept prepping steak dishes for future sandwiches and no one took care of me then I finally said well I guess I’ll leave because you don’t have time to serve me now he didn’t even lift his head up from what he was doing and he said OK sorry. Then I turned around to go find out who the manager was because I wanted to make a complaint, and then the young man prepping the steak and decided he was going to then pay attention to me and I said no thank you that’s not the type of service that I deserve. I work in the service industry, and I understand that the customer should be serviced when they walk in the door. I don’t see why I had to wait 10 minutes and no one would take care of me. Poor customer service.

I went to suneay for breakfast and placed an order. My order was prepared, and I handed over $50 in cash. The store then informed me that they don’t accept $50 or $100 bills and asked if I had smaller cash or could pay with a card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a card with me. The only notice about not accepting $50 and $100 bills was written in small letters near the register. What kind of store policy is this? On top of that, it was almost as if they thought I was going to steal the sandwich—they kept it in a more “secure” spot. What a complete waste of time. Subway again? Never!

I have been to this location twice with my daughter. Both times the woman working behind the counter was EXCEPTIONAL! She was incredibly friendly, went above and beyond, she even remembered us from the last time we were in (weeks earlier). Employees like this are hard to find! We will be back for sure!

Do not come to this location. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came through the drive through to be ignored I came inside seen a young lady working by herself. I also noticed an older lady in front of me who was counting change. I wanted to help her by giving her a coupon in which she can purchase the 12 inch sandwich for $6 instead of paying full price of $14 …the owner rudely said we’re not doing this because he had set it as cash. I still proceeded to give her the coupon for next time. When it was my turn to pay he had this mean face and said to me to never do that I replied why is it that’s he is always being rude to customers … I will not be going to this location anymore I can make way more better sandwiches at home .. fresh meat fresh vegetables with clean hands…keep up the nasty attitude your business will be shutting down …no wonder there’s never a line or customers eating in…be respectful to the customers

I order online on the app and went through the drive thru, the wrap taste stale. Call them and the guy was rude and hang up.. usually I go in to see that they make it but it was pouring rain. Drive-thru subway service does not meet their standards.

Ordered online for delivery and didn’t get my entire order. I have been blowing up their phone for an hour and they don’t answer. To add insult to injury, the driver they sent left my food outside on the steps instead of inside the porch like I asked. This is my second terrible Subway experience in a row and I guarantee it’s the last. How hard should it be to not only get what you paid for, but to have someone pick up the phone?

Edit to add that good old Steve (the owner) responded to both my online contact form and survey by putting the blame on the delivery/driver service (through the app, so I could not reply) and told me “you get what you get” without ever making any offer to make this right. I paid in full for an order that I did NOT “get” in full, so, Steve, since I placed the order through the Subway website, this is all on you and the fact that you just don’t care is disgusting.

The store on W. Main is selling spoil meat. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was spoil. I called the store and the older gentleman told me to bring it back, which I did. When I got there he refunded me my money and basically said I was lying.He was very rude. I always go there for my chicken salad. Just lost a customer. Too bad there are no zero.
