Service tonight was great, the guy behind the counter was doing a good job, was personable and there to do his job.
Why my review ranks so low is because the heat was on FULL Blast, it must have been 90+ degrees inside.
This is unsafe, and that poor employee must have been having a tough time with how hot it was. In addition, there are meats and veggies out that NEED to be kept cool so they don’t spoil. I don’t know who’s making these decisions, management or Owner, but this is unacceptable and needs to change, and hopefully it does.

Honestly my sandwich was a waste of money. It was disgusting, barely had ANYTHING on it (I’m talking legit one piece of each meat and 2 pickles), guy was nice inside but respectfully you suck at making sandwiches

Absolutely disgusting and mentally unstable people and unacceptable service. This wasn’t a one-time issue—months ago, my mother was mocked by employees who stood behind the counter giggling while she ordered.
During my visit, the man who claimed to be the “manager” was openly hostile. When I asked for extra vegetables (and agreed to the extra charge), he raised his voice, argued, rolled his eyes, and then yelled “BYE, BYE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” when I decided to leave. He absolutely lacks basic communication skills. It makes me sick that there’s people like that out there.
On top of that, the vegetables were visibly rotten, which is alarming from a food safety standpoint. Between the spoiled food, aggressive management, and repeated disrespect toward customers, this place is run by disgusting people who have no business working with the public. Avoid.

Matthew and Marcelo took such pride in their work I thought for sure they were owners! They even offered to put a table outside for me because it was nice out. Nice to see folks who are happy in their work and spreading smiles!

I stopped by yesterday on a whim for an easy dinner. The store was clean, and Julio was incredibly kind and helpful. He made great conversation and you can tell he has a passion for fulfilling the needs of his customers. Being from Trumbull, I grew up eating at this Subway from time to time, but I’ll be making more an effort to stop by!

Trash. We tried ordering it on uber eats since we worked all day and didn’t want to go out but after 4 delivery drivers not being able to take our order I called and they said they never received it. So I decided to just go myself and order my sandwiches. I got there and they had absolutely nothing we asked for. She said they were just all day but the chip section was completely stocked.. didn’t make sense. She didn’t even cut the sandwiches in half and there was barely anything on it. Wasn’t worth $38 at all. I understand why it was a 3.1 rating..

Store was clean, but that’s really all that was nice. Sandwich skills are poor at best. He decided to do a bunch of online orders instead of helping customers standing in line, then still had the balls to ask for a tip.

Please update the correct hours. I go there and it’s not open according to hours listed. Listed as open at 8 am and close at 10pm. I went there during those hours and it was closed. It closes at 8pm on weekdays.
The employees are very good and doing a great job, it’s not their fault for any of this.
