I used to love subway wedges. They were tasty and well priced.
I had the subway app and had gift cards loaded on there that I would use to pay for my sandwiches.
I looked at the app one day and saw that all of my gift cards had been used. When I looked at the order history ot was used at a store in Detroit but the issue is that I live in New York.
Obviously the app was hacked and my account was drained.
I figured no big deal I would call subway and they would look into it.
I tried for WEEKS to get someone on the phone to no avail.
I called number after number and nothing. Then I tired email and still nothing.
I sent more email and got a computer generated reply that has nothing to do with my issue.
After 3 months of not being able to speak to anyone live at Subway I have given up.
They are a terrible company and their customer service is abbysmal.
I will NEVER spend another dollar on a subway shop ever.

Why is it that the bread they say it’s freshly made every 4 hours taste old. The two Subway restaurants near me both the bread is not made fresh. To anyone that has tasted old bread would know what the smell taste and texture looks like. Subway needs to tell the truth that the bread is not fresh. They should just go out of business and stop ripping people off.

Went to pickup an online order at 5:15 p.m. on 2/26/26 at the Petal, MS location on Central Ave., Petal, MS 39465.
The doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. I could see people inside. Another customer was in the parking lot calling and waiting on her online order. Finally a young man came out of the side door and we asked him why we could not pickup our orders already paid for. He said they were having a meeting. Really! At 5:20 P.M. during supper rush.
He instructed us to go around to the drive thru and pickup our orders.
My 12″ sandwiches were awful. Filled with mayo, cold, and totally a waste of money. We moved here from SC and expected the same quality of service and food. Order for 2 footling sandwiches wasn’t what we expected and will never order from subway again. It was disgusting food. Gave it to our dog and even he refused to eat it.
You need to review your staff at this location. Their attitude socks.
Close the store or reconstruct/train the staff in customer service.

Love the food, make no mistake about that! But, your app has failed me everyday this week and there’s no way to get help with it. Prices are better on the app but that doesn’t help if I can’t use it. Deleting and I refuse to order in store with horrible service. It was fun while it lasted!!

I couldn’t believe how much it was when he rang it up for one 6 inch sub and a wrap and he told me it was cause I didn’t order online, but you didn’t even tell me when I ordered that that was an option. He didn’t say anything to me and what do I know about being online? I’m an old lady anyways I’m not going back there anymore. I was very very mad because it was a huge amount of money.

If I could give zero stars I would! First when my husband and I go in I told him I didn’t want it if they don’t have meatballs the last 2 times they were out. I order my meatball sub only to find out the only bread they had was wheat I go ahead and order. The worker opened the pan and there was 3 dead meatballs all dried up. So I told him nevermind. Another worker said he had some in back so now back in buisness. Then he brings out puts in toaster for 15_20 seconds and finished making up. Husband then ordered not liking the wheat bread at all. We get our food home neither was toasted we prefer soft bread. It was so dry and old the top layer was falling off as we picked it up but the worse part was my meatballs were still ice cold!!! Tried contacting they conveniently could not find our order even tho we sent in email receipt they kept sending email saying resolved. Absolutely nothing was resolved! Can’t contact a human at Subway headquarters or leave message. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY LONGER. Beware!!!

we bought 3 subs 2 of us threw up the other sub made the other feel bad ..i feel the issue was lunch meat was not cold. i called the store in niles ohio where we live and asked how is the meat handled they stated overnight its in the cooler when i asked how is it handled on the food bar and didnt really get a answer . stay away from this store

Placed an order for pickup on their app around 8:30pm. Got to the store and it was permanently closed, yet my card was charged even though no food was received… tried to find a customer service phone number – none. Tried to find a customer service email – none. Tried to call the restaurant directly – number is disconnected. Submitted a request via the contact form on the subway website – no response. Absolute trash company with nonexistent customer service. Filing as fraud with my bank. Shame on you, Subway. Will not be returning to any of your stores.

I went to this SUBWAY AT THE ABBEVILLE LOUISIANA NEXT TO SUPER 1 location and was told by the manager and EMPLOYEES THERE THAT THEY don’t do custom orders. I explained exactly what I wanted, but THEY refused to MAKE IT and said they only make sandwiches as listed on the menu. When I said I would call corporate number to file a complaint, all the employees said have a NICE DAY.
Subway’s entire brand is based on letting customers build their own sandwiches, so this policy and attitude make no sense. Poor management and customer service. SO IF YOU DONT WANT A CUSTOM SANDWICH DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN FOR THAT REASON.

App has false advertising. Says bogo 1$ subs. Charges full price. Try to call to get it fixed. Sends you to a bot and can’t do anything. Phone number sends you to the bot and same thing. Recommend going somewhere else to eat.
