The new owners at this Subway in Plantsville are absolutely incredible. Even with a brand-new staff, they were fully present—supporting and guiding without ever taking over. They made sure their team had everything they needed, stepping in only to answer questions or offer help, especially when something went off-menu. I asked for a salad, which wasn’t listed, and they still made me a fresh, chopped salad without hesitation. It’s clear they’re focused on building a strong, well-trained team and delivering excellent customer service. You can feel the care in everything they do. I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible! Was rushed. Had to repeat myself multiple times literally gave me 4 slices of meat on a foot long and asked for simple salt and pepper and was rudely told they don’t have any salt. Total price $15.33 for the sandwich only no extras. Never again! Try to post a 0 but can’t.

Picked up an online order for a footlong, and received a 6”. Mistakes happen, but I used my lunch break to go pick it up. I called the store to get a refund of the difference and was hung up on. I called back and was told my only option was to come back. I explained this wasn’t an option as I work 15 mins away and used my lunch break to pick up my order. I was told not to eat the sandwich, and to bring them back the 6” at any time and they’d give me the other half. That’s insane, right? That your solution was to hold on to half a sandwich until the next time I’m free to come down there? I’ll just file a complaint with corporate and dispute the charges. I spoke with a woman, and then the manager who I believe was called Mark.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway store. I walked in at 9:15 pm on July 22, 2024, and asked if the store was closed. Even though the storefront sign stated it was open and online, it closed at 10 pm. I was greeted with a rude response, and she said, “Sure, I will take your order, even though Google is wrong.” She then heated my steak and cheese in the microwave and stated the oven was closed for the night. When I asked for vegetables for my sub, she added 1 or 2 pieces of vegetables, such as cucumber, tomatoes, and peppers. I then asked to put more vegetables on, and she threw more on by throwing more on with an attitude and a rude demeanor. I will never go there again!!

I gave this lady 3 chances to get my breakfast right. 1st time she overcharged me because she didn’t know breakfast was a thing (and she argued about it, despite the menu being at eye level). Second time, I had to wait 15 minutes because she had to clean the oven. This was at 9am. You open at 7am. Third time, we had to wait, again because the oven wasn’t ready. She ended up microwaving our sandwiches. I coulda bought a sub from a store and microwaved it myself for half the price. Whatever you do, do not come here for breakfast on a Friday morning.
