Subway is not one of my favorite sub shops, but this service plaza had limited options, so we decided to eat here.
There was one server and a sizeable line, so it took a while to get our food. Our server was perhaps not the fastest worker, but she was visibly trying to do a good job, and seemed pleasant. The food was pretty good as well.

Employee had an attitude, made me close the sandwich, didn’t ask if I wanted to heat up the sandwich, and didn’t even cut the sandwich in half when I asked to cut it. Worst service. Food was super disappointing for the sandwich.

The food server has too much attitude, didn’t feel comfortable ordering food in this place. She didn’t put any effort to help me with my food choice, vegetarian options.

Nice place, the staff has a poor customer service, at least the one who served me. I ordered a Tuna sandwich, and I asked for a simple thing which was to wash the knife that was used to cut a meat sandwich for the prior customer. The staffer didn’t like that and started mumbling like if I asked for a free sub or something. Not recommended.

I had a, positively, EXCELLENT experience, at this Subway! The store is only a few minutes away, from our house, the Servers were polite, and friendly, and the sandwiches were perfectly made! I will, absolutely, send my friends & family, to this Subway, for a great meal, and a smile!

Absolutely disgusted we were here tonight at 8:30 p.m., Subway closes at 9 p.m.!!! Two Spanish men were working at the subway they waited on a man in front of us and then the manager decided to answer his phone and continue to speak in Spanish while the other man hid in the back they IGNORED my husband and me, who were both trying to get their attention Very politely. I would not only be concerned about losing customers but I would also be concerned about the well-being the chain and the name of it. Terrible marketing especially being represented on a major highway!!!!
He literally looked at me and laughed it was disgusting we were polite as ever and after a few choice words , ended up going to McDonalds were they got a huge tip as they deserved it !!! Not to mention that we spend a great deal of money. I would immediately fire the two people that work Thursday October 7th 2021 we were there between 8:25 to 8: 45 when we finally went to McDonald’s. I will be going back to periodically check. You never know when there are mystery shoppers I believe it would behoove you to stay on point and expel those employees or at the very least give the manager a very strict talking to and if he’s the owner he might as well just put him out of business sign up right now.

Awful! That lady messed up my daughter’s sandwhich. I said a little bit of mayo and mustard! Uncalled for! Poor little 7 year old girl just wanted subway and now she is going to hate it forever.

Although there are healthier bread options than just plain white wheat bread, this is still not what I would consider an overall healthy place to eat. However, if you get a salad using all of the vegetables that would go into a sandwich it can be a healthy meal alternative.

Rude cashier, stopped me when I had a question because he was making a sandwich….. after the piss poor service of me asking if this subway sells pizza and saying at no point did this subway sell pizza, rather then simply saying this is a franchise.
