This is not the first time that I have had an issue at this specific Subway. It will be the last. My husband had to go Walmart to pick up a few items. So since he was already at Walmart; I figured I’d just place an order for dinner. I placed an order for 4 subs. My husband gets there and the lady was very unpleasant. She said we don’t have enough meatballs to make 2 of the subs… Mind you it was just after 7:00 and they had more than 20 minutes to make meatballs, as it only takes a couple minutes to heat them up. So she asks him if he wants the other 2 subs. And he says yes. So he waits a few minutes and the lady starts to clean the lobby. My husband was like “Excuse me. Are you going to make the food?” And the lady rudely says that she just canceled the whole order. It is so ridiculous.
We had to place a whole new order at the Subway on Kennedy drive. That was a much better experience.

A lot of the menu items that they are supposed to offer they can not even make at this location. I order from here off and on weekly and sandwich quality and accuracy of the sandwiches is below average. Let alone when your in a rush and you pick up your online order to get home and unwrap it to find out its ether the wrong sandwich or you are missing cookies/chips that you paid for.

Good variety and food stock, sandwich artistry very good. My complaint is that when I went there, the employee taking my order was extremely rude. I was kind to her and ordered and even smiled when I said hello, but whenever I asked a question or told her what I wanted on my sandwich, she just gave me very dirty looks and looked at me weird as if I was a maniac. She answered subway-related questions very awkwardly as if I made her feel uncomfortable. I felt awkward because I felt as if I was being judged. I just wanted a sandwich and I was kind and she treated me as if I was a disgrace to Subway.

Subway in walmart is always a bad experience. Ordered a BLT and got 2 of the smallest pieces of bacon and a mountain of lettuce. Along with plenty of attitude from the employee. Subway down the street that I usually go to never had a problem. Stay away if you can, subway down the street across from McDonald’s is definitely the way to go.

I did the survey that is advertised at the bottom of the receipt, “lettuce know how we did today at global.subway.com and we’ll send you a sweet offer.” At the end of the survey I was given a code to write on my receipt and receive 2 free cookies and a drink. The owner said that unless I had a barcode it was null and void when I was never given a barcode. What’s the point in advertising on your receipt that you send a “sweet offer” for doing the survey if your not going to do it. Sounds like subway is a highly dishonest company now and is hoodwinking their customers to do surveys.

Usuay all eat here shopping at walmart. Not today. They lost 5 customers (all with me) because the girl closing out her shift on 6-30-19 little before 6 pm was counting and handling ALL FOOD with her bare hands. This is unacceptable. I have been in the food industry most of my life as well as subway manager for 6 yrs. Apon realizing this I told other girl they lost costumers because of said action. Heard laughing behind me as I left. Taking my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Showed up at 7:20pm on 2/19/22, store closes at 8. Everything was put away and the girl was playing on her phone. Management should explain what closing at 8 pm means. Plenty of other Subways in town we will visit one of those instead from now on.
