I really wish I could give a negative score for service. THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a customer service worker I can’t even imagine treating my paying customers like this. You shouldn’t make customers feel as if they are bothering you and putting you out. And that’s exactly how the worker made me feel. Restaurant says online they open at 9 and on sign says open at 8:30. I went in around 9:10 and was rudely snapped at by woman saying “ummm i’m not open yet” and a dirty, disgusted look. I left, too stunned and taken aback by her words. I turned around and went back in and asked when she would be open and she responded “5 minutes”. I wait go back in and am snapped at about how her toaster isn’t heated up. Maybe you should have opened when you said you would then. Will not be returning, left a very sour taste in my mouth. Very disappointed.

Service is usually good, but not always. Today, I got a sandwich with miniscule amounts of veggies. Totally a cheap out. You may have saved 25 or 30 cents on this sandwich, but you lost out on all futures sales, as I shall not return to this location.

Store states it’s open until 10 tonight. I go in at 9:30 for two easy sandwiches, get greated with an attitude by the cashier, and told they can’t make anything other than untoasted cold cut sandwiches, because she already put away everything and turned off the toasters. A full half hour before they close? Why stay open til 10 if you can’t make most of the menu and don’t want customers to come in? She was clearly upset I had the audacity to be a paying customer during their posted business hours.

My complaint is with the Wal-Mart location minutes away but I know its under same owner as this location…….Usuay all eat there shopping at walmart. Not today. They lost 5 customers (all with me) because the girl closing out her shift on 6-30-19 little before 6 pm was counting and handling ALL FOOD with her bare hands. This is unacceptable. I have been in the food industry most of my life as well as subway manager for 6 yrs. Apon realizing this I told other girl they lost costumers because of said action. Heard laughing behind me as I left. Taking my money elsewhere.

I usually go to the Walmart Subway but they’ve run out of bread and have given me attitude about online ordering. Everyone at this Subway has been extremely friendly and they always have a full stock of all ingredients. I only go here now.
