I’ve had good experiences in store here, but maybe not as much over the phone. I accidentally placed an order to the wrong store and i feel that the gentleman who answered wasnt helpful (or didnt sound like he cared). As someone who works in customer service myself, i find this disappointing.

Drive from Cromwell because it was the closest one that was open till 10pm. We Arrived at 930pm to find it was closed already. This seems to be the norm for subways now. They just do whatever they want, it they can do that what else are they lacking in.

Someone said something about Subways Tuna not being real?
I had to find out, went into my local Subway on Main St in East Hartford and settled the score.
I ordered a half Tuna grinder with all the fixins, and bit into a 100% authentic, perfectly prepared Tuna Sub. I even pulled it apart to check out just the Tuna. It was as real and flavorful as any tuna sandwich anywhere.
Ill be sure to come back.

The service was horrible. Your employee is named haylen and he is the worst. He is rude and seems like he doesn’t want to be there. Every condiment I asked for he added it but he wasn’t too happy about it. He has an attitude problem and that’s sad because he is so young. Never coming back again!!

There was a lady who was very rude to my 12 year old daughter. I heard everything that was said due to being on the phone with my daughter at that time. I’ve worked for subway before and was never that rude and never seen that much disrespect towards anyone let alone someone’s child.
