The staff was excellent today in helping me recreate a sandwich I haven’t seen on their menu in years. That didn’t stop them though and my old favorite was made with tender love and kindness. I appreciate all their hardwork today! I hope they get paid well, because Subway’s prices have significantly increased!

They made my sandwich quick and correctly but one of the staff members was extremely rude to all the customers. She gave me personally so much attitude and she kept rolling her eyes at everything I said. It was so shocking to me how disrespectful she was towards her customers.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, it is important for everyone to do their part to keep the community safe. 2 of the 3 employees I encountered the last time I was at this subway location were not doing their part. When I asked one of them to put their mask on properly before handling my food, she rolled her eyes and let it fall down again as she was preparing my meal. Another had no mask on at all and went between handling money to handling customer’s beverages without washing hands or changing gloves. The manager has apologized by email and stated the this would be corrected. The food is good and I won’t hold a grudge, but I will not going here again until people stop dying from this highly contagious disease.

Every single time I order online, they get my order wrong and just give me basically ANYTHING. I go today, memorial day clearly no one here wants to work. It is 11 am and Both doors are locked, open sign is off but someone is at the sandwhich table prepping. Store hours say it opens at 9am. Just shut this location down, the one up the street never disappoints. Manager also came in yelling “WHAT IS GOING ON” and runs to turn the open sign light on. Honestly would do -1 if I could. People would have the easiers jobs, and still not want to do it.

I usually like this place. I don’t know what happened today however. They were very rude. Rushed me to order then just slapped everything on the bread as if it was a problem that she had to make sandwiches. Next time I’ll drive a lil futher down and go to the next Subway..
