Unfortunately, I ordered off a DoorDash never again. The bread was old. She did not follow the directions on my order. I paid for extra and I did not receive it and when I called, she was extremely rude. She didn’t allow me to talk. She continued to speak over me and yelled at me. This is the most unprofessional. Disgusting not only service but food I’ve ever had very incompetent of how you cannot read and follow directions and the unprofessionalism taps it all off

6″ Meatball Sandwich: Italian meatball sandwich is a popular Subway item in the US, but I was a bit disappointed. The meat quality was terrible, almost entirely starch. It’s not even as good as China’s hot pot meatballs. And there was too much cheese, making it greasy. Plus, this sandwich was incredibly hot, with noticeably burnt edges, making it hard not to suspect it was over-toasted.

Service is slow. You’ll have to repeat yourself numerous times despite them looking right at you and will still get it wrong. I only go here in a pinch. Prices are better on Asylum. Asked for a Mountain Dew, gave me root beer… I don’t even argue. Just order my food, hope for the best and leave.

If I could give zero stars I would. First the person making my sub was wearing gloves, received a text, put his hand in his pocket with the glove on, responded to the text put the phone back in his pocket and continued making my sub. Asked for a coke, didn’t put ice in the cup and filled it about 3/4 full. Handled money with gloves still on which I’m assuming he will still be wearing when he makes the next grinder. The bread tasted old and stale. Overall a bad experience

The staff I met was rude. When I told that I came to pick up a sandwich I’d ordered online, she didn’t utter any word but just threw it to me. The sandwich itself was disappointing as well since each stuff was little. This experience greatly damaged my impression of not only this store, but of the Subway brand as a whole.

Wouldn’t be the end of a Hartford trip without dealing with the worst customer service imaginable. The lady never fails to be rude with the customers. The food by Subway standards is alright and it being the only place to get food at the station, you’ll definitely have to face the rudest. It’s tradition now but this needs to change.

I approached and said a pleasant good morning. She barely looked up from what she was reading to acknowledge me. I politely waited as she finished what she was reading. Then she started handling something on the cash register, ignoring me – the customer, the ONLY costumer in line…I repeat
the ONLY customer So I pleasantly informed her that I was all set with my order bc I assumed she was reading & typing on the register to give me time to figure out what I wanted. NO. To the contrary: BIBI looked at me, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders w complete indifference and said w a nasty sneer, “I can’t help you. I’m doing inventory.”.
