Quite possibly the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Came in yesterday around 6pm or so for a quick dinner with the family before a show. When we walked in, we noticed that half of the restaurant was closed. When I asked for the reason, the lady behind the counter said, “we usually don’t get customers during this time.” And I asked if they are closing soon, and she said no. HUH?!!??

Food doesn’t taste the same as other subway bread is not fresh and has a funny taste to it. Lettuce is always brown and other veggys look awful. Staff is not friendly it seems like they don’t want to work. Being that it is downtown I think you need friendlier staff. Objectively a bad Subway. Every sandwich I’ve had from here has always been sub par. I ordered Steak and Cheese and it tasted horrible. The people with me also had horrible meals. One even received the wrong sandwich…how does that even happen. Go somewhere else.
