Chris on the phone was great when I called in my complaint. I have to wait to see if I can get a refund.
Did not receive one of the drinks with the combo. Ordered a meatball with cheese as seen on receipt and received this. Lettuce recon’s and some sauce that’s not marinara.
The bacon for the bacon ranch looks raw.

Seriously the worst experience in this same establishment. Told that the owners of these places control whether or not to participate in the promotions. Why? To scam more money from customers? Ordered double meat on a sandwich and the employee wanted to give attitude about whats on it. Each sandwich had about an inch plus of excess bread not end to end covered. Employee decided his job was coming to end of shift and not to do his job by complying with portion sizes. Also stated that this location does not participate in online promos. And manner of appearance was in question…long hair, no hair net, mop bucket in middle of the floor…45min until closing. I would caution anyone from spending any hard earned money in this spot. If I could give Zero stars I would have.

Today was the second time I’ve ordered a combo from this location and was given a sandwich with no other meat except for bologna…just a bologna and cheese sandwich. Not to mention being completely ignored when walking into the store. Find better staff.

This subway is overall a good one. The people there are very nice, although the prices are expensive (but that’s a problem with the company, not the individual store). However, I was once scammed out of ten cents there when I tried to use the broken pay phone that looked operable. I know I sound like a miser, but I don’t particularly like when places keep things in disrepair and then won’t even replace money you lost due to it.
Other than that, though, I’ve had no problems with it, it’s a good Subway.

The woman with glasses working here was EXTREMELY rude. Has issues and attitude with answering simple questions. No sense of understanding hospitality and customer service. If you where confused or she did not hear one of the items you wanted her tone would get very tense. Doesn’t seem like customer service is a good job for her. Absolutely disrespected my mom who I can understand can be difficult at times in the sense of wanting to pay in exact change, but the side comments in front of my mother was revolting. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and have had many difficult, rude, pleasant and confusing customers before, but not once have I disrespected them and said things under my breath in front of them. Young man working was very helpful, very nice, felt bad for him since she would push him out of the way just to get annoyed at customers. Otherwise, place very clean, good sandwiches.

This location advertises that they are open until 9pm but anytime after 7pm they are out of numerous items. Tonight was the 3rd time in 3 weeks that this happened. Maybe the franchise owner needs to be more involved and hold their manager accountable to perform the job they are being paid for.

First, I want to say this subway must be under new management because I have lived up the street for 23 years frequenting this locating and lately never have I received such great customer service! But tonight I went in there an Claudia was working on the line and she was so attentive and helpful. She knows how to sell your products and she is a great asset to your team!
