You know the customer service is bad when you have to be the person greeting the employee. Mike is a very unpleasant individual. I felt like I was such an inconvenience for being there. It was the middle of the afternoon with no customers… and I can see why. Do not work in customer service if you can’t provide the most basic of services. I will never go to this location again.

I eat here quite often and I’m not sure why. The sandwich is usually on stale bread and sloppily made. I order online so I don’t have to deal with the person I’m assuming is the manager, he is always there, as he is often in a bad mood or wants to talk for an hour about all the problems in his life. I will not be going back.

Horrible service I waited in line forever behind people for the the girl to have an attitude about the chicken breast. They had it but apparently should have discontinued it. She was like I don’t even know why they have that up here and had more in the back and did not want to get it. Only employee and she was rude. NEVER WILL BE BACK AND YOU DONT WANT TO GO

The one guy who works there spends more time complaining about no one wanting to work than he does actually making food. He is also very good about washing hands and changing gloves except when hes touching his phone.
