I have been here 3 times in the late summer months, Same woman behind the counter. You can tell she HATES customer service. This time I was there October9@7:00 and SHE ( miss personality) was there , there was no regular Italian, so I said what DO you have? She said Whole Wheat, I said ok. I tried to get the plain Turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers. She said “Do you have a coupon?”i said no, she did not have anything except greens! I cancelled, won’t be back again! There are way better shops down the street!

Brooke was awesome. systems went down and unfortunately we had to wait a while but she always had a smile on her face. She was left alone and had to deal with many people in line and she did not lose composure. Keep up he good work Brooke. The world needs more people with your personality. Great job!!!!!!

I ordered sandwiches for coworkers and my self and try to use the discount they advertise, I was told by the attendant that I place the order the discount will apply. That never happen I ended up being charged the regular price for all the sandwiches, then they wanted me to redo the order while my coworker was in the store, he wanted another 10 minutes while they figured out what the code was. This ordeal took some time 45 min I was told I would receive a refund since this took up our lunch time, this happen over a week ago and now the owner refuses to return my call or give me a refund.

When I don’t feel like cooking, that’s my place for a great sandwich! I get a variety of fillers like spinach, black olives, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers and of course, the regulars. The sauce toppers are the best. Hey, plus the choice of breads! The choice of meats and cheeses is awesome.

I go there and ask for a cold cut combo she takes what looks like bologna and put it on the bread. I then get my cheese ans my veggies and I go oh wait a minute isn’t there supposed to be other meat on it. She goes yeah there’s two other meats and so I figured when she did it so fast putting the parchment paper that I guess it was all three in there. I get home and there’s only bologna. What a JOKE.

Vegetables were in old shape. Cucumbers were almost transparent, and the tomatoes looked like mush. Bread was stale. And the employees look filthy and raggedy. This part Particular subway needs a new management! Disgusting! I bought a six-inch and ended up throwing it out!

This store closes at 8 so I figured I would be ok getting there at 7:45. Wrong, two customers before me and when it was my turn the girl working said sorry I close at 8 and turned me away. I will definitely think twice before coming back here.
