I used to come here a lot during lunch break from work. It got to expensive so I stopped coming. Today, I decided to stop in and will never come back. Barely any tuna left to put on my grinder, lettuce was brown, not fresh. Could not understand the sandwich maker or cashier nor could they understand me, then proceeded to speak in another language to each other. Overpriced, poor customer service and poor grinder quality. Will not be back despite working literally 1 minute down the road.

I literally drive a town over for this particular Subway. The veggies are always fresh & the employees know how to make a sub! I’ve been there in the daytime time and right before closing, and the food is always prepared neatly in the bins. Associates also clean the store. I prefer this location to Manchester.

I went to this location for the first time in years last week. I was running late and didn’t end up getting there till 9:20 and a girl named Pinky (carrine) was working. She was super welcoming and created a great atmosphere! She was patient and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of there. She even let me sit inside to eat. She made great recommendations, was super friendly and overall created a great dinning experience! My sandwich came out great and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I can’t wait to return! Pinky made this experience a 10/10

Truly I am sickened at what THIS particular Subway charged for my niece’s sandwich. There are a lot of foods that she cannot eat, so we got a 12-inch flatbread with two slices of cheese that was it. We had to ask for the extra slice. No meat, no vegetables, and no condiments. She got a bottle of soda and a bag of chips. The woman thought she was being generous when she decided not to charged us extra for the extra slice of cheese. The last two times I have been to a Subway with my niece they charge me for just the cost of the bread since she doesn’t get anything on it other than 2 slices of cheese. We were charged for a full 12″ veggie grinder which she was also originally going to upcharge for the extra slice of cheese.

They have stickers on the floor to tell you to stand here to order I did not see the stickers and walk right up to the register counter. I don’t think the clerk was very happy but it was my first time in that store and my last.

Tried to stop in for late lunch/ early dinner and the employee being the counter seemed to be in a bad mood. We decided to go somewhere else and were immediately rushed by a man and woman sitting at a table nearby. Turns out they’re the owners, who then followed us out to our car. Very creepy. I can fully understand why their employee seemed off, they probably have to deal with hovering, controlling, micro managers all day. I hope they find a better job soon and I hope the owners learn to leave people alone.

Stopped going here at the beginning of the summer because of a fly infestation in and around their soda dispenser. I filled my cup with Diet Coke and found about a dozen small flies floating in my drink. I brought this to the attention of the employees on duty who told me the owner was aware and refused to do anything about it.

Went in for a late lunch while Christmas shopping. Was greeting with an attitude from the employee behind the counter, only to realize the owners were sitting at a table close by. My husband and I have worked in the food industry and retail and realized the cashier was probably in a bad mood because the owners are micromanaging and observing them all day without doing any work themselves. In the end, we decided we’d get lunch elsewhere, only to have the two men who were sitting at the table literally FOLLOW US TO OUR CAR. I can forgive the employee for the attitude, I wouldn’t want to deal with these managers either, but don’t follow people to their cars no matter what the situation is. That’s creepy and unnecessary.
