I ordered 2 grinders online order I asked for my bread to not be toasted I ordered the sweet onion chicken . They did not toast the bread that was ok but the bread was hard as a rock and they served me ice cold chicken like it came from the freezer the grinder was horrible I called 20 x no answer after I picked the food up I had to drive across town and watch the other person I was with eat and I had to go back to work with nothing to eat I went there for a refund and the guy voided the slip and I have yet to see my money came back to me this place is terrible they don’t know how to make a sandwich and with what you charge there my sandwich should be top notch I’ll neverrrrr go here again

One person working the counter. Placed a mobile order and she was halfway done making the subs. A line of people came in and she stopped working on my order. I waited another 30 minutes for the other two subs.

Great experience..Very nice workers. Only problem is the Cold trio meat. It turns brown. I guess from being in the water…Need to find a better way to keep cold. Or make the whole sandwich fresh….
