The produce is very sad. Brown lettuce and tomatoes past their prime. I don’t usually complain but for the price of a grinder now a days. It should be fresh and good. The woman behind me tonight complained to them about the brown lettuce and the young kids just shrugged their shoulders. I know this isn’t their fault!

I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn’t see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!

This used to be my local subway, however I ended up moving out of town. I came back recently and was amazed by the customer service I received from Jack! He is very polite, welcoming, and very engaging. He is very professional and I love seeing him each time I come in!

I ordered through the subway app… My account was charged. I went there to pick it up, the employees said “they had no record of the order.” The cashier tried to tell me that “it takes a few days for a transaction to go through. That was probably from a few days ago.” Ummm … Nooo! I just ordered it 20 minutes ago. It says today’s date. After arguing for 15 minutes they finally made me my food. I will never, ever use the Subway app again. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with this chick. Seriously paid for an order Subway didn’t want to make me. I never had to fight for food I paid for before.
