the lady who’s usually in there isn’t friendly at all, the last time she was friendly was probably about 2018 and she lies saying that she doesn’t have things so she doesn’t have to do the work to please the customers, yet the stuff is right behind her. one lady when i was here a couple weeks ago was very sweet and nice, i had never seen her before since it’s always the same lady. the food here is usually good but the workers aren’t always the most pleasant.

Had an excellent sandwich the other night,excellent sandwiches a week prior. Lisa besides making great sandwiches is also an Excellent Manager and Keeps The North Canaan Store in Great Shape. The Store Is Also Always Clean,The Vegetables and Meats are Fresh,Appealing.

Wow. Guy at counter was nice enough but food quality was trash. Lettuce was straight up brown, tomatoes were pathetic, the wrap I got was just gross. And to top it all off the bathroom was out of order. Poorly run. Franchise owner or general manager should be ashamed

They soo rude, like i went in during work to get something to eat but i notice they have a bathroom so i asked about using is. And both the old ladies just ignored me so i just went in cuzz i really needed to go and left and went to the chinese spot right next to it..and the lady literally followed me to the chinese spot just to tell me “if your only going to use the bath room dont come in ever again” and i told her “you was rude cuzz i asked you about it and you ignored me”, she just rolled her eyes and walked off.. I will not recomend this subway but the chinese next to it is pretty decent tho.

My grinder was not six inches as advertised it was less my 4.5 inches I told the woman who cut it. She said I Always cut it that way. I happened to have my ruler on me. I’m in the sewing business. Not fair to charge for less
