A Disappointing Experience !!!
I recently ordered sandwiches from Subway online, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was informed that they had not made my food at all. To make matters worse, there was no attempt to contact me beforehand to let me know about the issue.
Furthermore, the only available options were ghost chili pepper bread, flatbreads and wraps. How are you Subway and have no subs? That’s like going to McDonald’s and not having burgers. As someone who doesn’t enjoy extremely spicy food, this was not a suitable alternative. Having 3 kids and 3 adults to feed not ok. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a discount and still willing to order I was met with a refusal.
Overall, my experience with Subway on this occasion was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, the limited menu options, and the refusal to accommodate my request for a discount have left me feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this particular location in the future. Very poor customer service. I recommend going to 123 Farmington Ave Bristol instead.

Shocker went down the street and 123 Farmington Ave. has subs .. I’ll be definitely thanking them for saving the night!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the grinders, for starters one was very dry and the other was very leaky. The only thing decent were the fountain drinks otherwise I would not recommend this subway. Very gross if you wanna deal with flies flying around.

The man who made my sandwich was extremely nice but too soft spoken. There were no napkins in site of the place and not even in the bag to go. The soda machine literally spit at you so there’s soda all-over the floor.

Waiting in line just for a Doordash driver to show up and jump the line. The one worker there started making his order which included 3 sandwiches. After waiting in line for 30 minutes and still not having a chance to put in my order I left. Very poor customer service. Won’t be back again.

I understand reviews are reviews and y’all don’t actually care to do something about the issues but I have more personality and energy in my right toe compared the people that work here. They all look at you but don’t say hello? Like, am i inconveniencing you from something else? Instead of just reading the coupon I had y’all just say nah we can’t take it? Like I know it’s not the most exciting job but it’s miserable in there.

Food was fresh and made to order. Should consider gluten-free option. Otherwise, a good variety of breads and veggies to enhance sandwiches. Very clean and health aware in all aspects of food preparation. Recently added soup to menu and chopped salad in lieu of bread at slightly higher cost.
