I stopped here at 9:42pm because i just got out of work and it says online and on the door that they close at 10pm. The door was locked and could not get in. If your going post the times your open in 2 different places and they are the same then atleast be open till that said time. This is absolutely BS.

Can’t share about the food because I didn’t get any. Got there at 905p and walked in, specifically wiping my feet and walking around the mopped parts. Kid saunters okay and asks if I’m picking up a sub that was made on the counter. Asked to order a sub, he looks down, waves his arm over the counter and says “yeah it’s already been put away”…me: “okay….don’t you close at 10?” Him (trying to open his eyes): “uhhh yeah but we uhhh are closing early because it’s been so slow. Have a good night.” Wild to me that that’s okay. One of (actually only) “late” night food options and if they actually cared (the owner) they could do good business. Or at least better business. And this isn’t even the only review saying this. Owner should just close, tbh.

Very disappointing Subway location. Got a $1, 6″ veggie sub that cost us $6. The subs were nothing less than skimpy. We wanted wraps but they had none defrosted at 1:30pm…hmmm. We have gotten fresh made-to-order torpedo veggie wraps at Market Basket in Swanzey for $3.00. Won’t patronize Subway again.

I am traveling with my mom and wanted subway for lunch. I have a broken leg and she is 80 years old. I called the number listed on the website and several times no answer. Even called from the parking lot while no customers still no answer. Called the number on the outside of the window. No answer. My 80 yr old mother had to risk going in with a cane. I’m quite upset!

Seriously tho why are these kids that you hire to literally do the easiest job in the world but close early repeatedly. They closed 2 HOURS early tonite,sunday, feb 9th. front door was unlocked lights on. Bread in the case. Some frail 16 yr old kid comes out and tells me theyre closed?? Make me a dam sammich kid itll take 5 minutes its not even 8 yet. Managment needs to get on Top of this. . This is 4th time in 2 weeks i have gone there and had to get taco bell instead because the CHILDREN working dont like to make money and are costing your store customers. Ill drive the extra 5 miles to the canal street store if theyre open when they are supposed to be!!! Rediculous..!!!

I got great service today at this subway. I ordered ahead because we were in a hurry and then was told online that it wouldn’t be ready for almost 25 minutes. I called the store directly and they were nice enough to make the sandwich immediately and we were able to get in and out very quickly. That was much appreciated. The employees were knowledgeable, and pleasant and very accommodating. Nicely done!

10/10 these guys are amazing. I wrote a little note in the options about my bad attitude tonight and how they came in clutch for my fella who is dealing with my PMS. The note they included was even better, and made our night. I’ll be coming back more often. Good job guys, y’all excellent!

I’ve been getting 2 grinders once…maybe twice a week for the last 2.5 months at the new loc. Everything was awesome. I went in just now and a young lady and man were working. The first thing I noticed upon entry was the young man’s hair was coming out from under his hat. He started my order and was interrupted by the young lady regarding a text she received and then read to him twice (by the sounds it was from mgmt seeing how chores and what to do before closing was read out loud)…..as she is reading she is playing with her ponytail over my grinder. Young man flustered finally gets back to me….as I look down the cases we’re unappealing..items were mixed in others n stuff like tomatoes were rotted n slimy. Just saying but appeal and being attentive to customers goes a long way. Just tasted the sub and it went to garbage. Veggies tasted way past their prime

Second time in a row I have received a sub with hardly anything on it. Ordered olives and didn’t get them either. When you pay almost $12 for a sub plus a tip, I expect something on it besides one lettuce leaf.

Decent food, as you’ve probably had it before, considering it’s a chain. But this particular branch has very limited and difficult parking. Mainly just because it only has about 4 spots and you have to back out of an intersection, not that it’s directly their fault.
