This location has its online ordering off more often than not when I want to place an order, I swear it’s 8 or 9 times out of 10 I go to place an order. Food is okay when I actually get to place an order. Never have trouble ordering on the app from the Charlestown but that’s usually the opposite direction I’m heading.

Normally love this place, never had a complaint but today there was one woman who was so rude and wasn’t listening to me or my husband when we did our orders then was talking crap under her breath about us to her coworker. Props to the younger coworker for patiently fixing that womans mistakes for us. Then I get stale bread and luckily a 3rd woman was willing to fix it for me. Parts were still stale on the remake but I understabd end of day but maybe check if your bread is solid and crunchy before you give it to a customer. The first make tasted like old bread and fell apart. I’m not normally picky but between it being my bday and being 7.5 months pregnant I wasn’t willing to tolerate subpar food or an attitude because you can’t listen to specific order instructions. Take accountability for your mistakes. I’ve been in customer service for a decade and that was not how you treat someone over your mistake. If I see that first girl there again I may just skip eating there entirely that attitude was not ok.

Will be coming back when I’m in the area! A lady named Nev was so nice! I brought my employees in during the hottest time of the year and she took all of there orders. They don’t speak English very well and was amazed how somebody so young was so patient and friendly instead of getting frustrated and bothered. I hope her or her boss sees this! Amazing!

They mixed meat into my husbands vegan sandwich and even worse the person who was making my sandwich had taken it to a place I couldn’t see, I later found an odd substance in my sandwich. Never going here again.

Clean! So grateful for this Subway and it’s employees! There was nothing else open as we came in from out of state kinda late. They were closing in 20 minutes and took our orders, made our sandwiches, and were polite the entire time. You could tell they were tired and ready to go home but kept up great customer service. They only have 3 employees so I sure hope they can find more employees for the sake of the ones that are there.

Very poor service and one of the woman staff is so rude. We placed an 3 online orders for subway when we came for pickup , she only gave 2 orders and cancelled one and she did not even inform us that , she was very irritated about the online order. I don’t recommend this subway and women staff is so rude , the way she is talking is so rude

I was traveling with my family when we decided to stop at subway for food. The manager “kim” was making our sandwiches. (I noticed the visor she was wearing to know what her name was) Kim was unpersonable pushy and flat out rude. It’s a shame we barely ever eat out and the one time we do we had a poor experience. Upon arriving at the ordering station kim asked what I would like I stated a cheese steak with american cheese and mayo she didnt acknowledge me so I repeated myself she stated she didnt know why i was telling her mayo when the condiments are at the next serving station I stated I dont eat subway i wasnt aware that my sandwich would be passed off to the next worker for condiments Kim’s response was well its self explanatory! Thier was no need to be rude its mayo for goodness sake! And in my opinion if she is not personable she should not be working with the public not to mention she has a manager title to honor as a manager she should not be making unnecessary and rude comments to the customers. I could only imagine how she treats her staff. SHAME ON HER AND SHAME ON SUBWAY for hiring poor management. The food was also terrible it taste expired. Smh
