Employees change over time as well as the sandwich making skills. The recent one I got was layered well and and in regards to atmosphere it was clean and quiet. The employee was kind and professional. It was the super chicken bacon sub on herb and cheese bread.

Specifically chelsea the girl with glasses .. horrible people skills very rude and disrespectful I would go to this subway every day almost… Today she called my food disgusting when I asked for everything on my sandwich she said she’s is giving me the least amount because it’s a big sandwich and gross on top of that she said my sandwich looks like its a zip code. … Pretty rude she denied my veggies on my sandwich . And was rude to me . I will never eat there or Step foot there again.

As someone who works for Subway in the Augusta area, I ordered a foot long VEGGIE delight and got a foot long Bready delight instead. I asked for extra off all my veggies as that was all I was getting on my, hence the name, “VEGGIE delight” and I got barley any veggies. No matter how many times I asked the worker for extra she would put like 1 more of the veggie on my sandwich. To the point where I just let it be. She seemed to not be properly trained????? Then she tried charging me extra for my “extra” veggies she put on. I don’t know if its just because of the different location but if I go to any other subway around they load my VEGGIE delight up when I ask for EXTRA VEGGIES. Instead I was getting a mouth full of bread with a spinach leaf or 2.

Great little hometown Subway franchise. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable about the menu, and great attention to detail. I’m so glad to see that even a “chain” store can break the mold and deliver on exceptional service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely visit here again and recommend it to others.

The Oakland Maine Location does not take subway coupons.. you’d think that they would have a sign out front stating that. I will never be doing business at this location.

Was not impressed, ordered online to pick up and it was not done, I feel bad for the one girl that was making sandwiches by herself while the other worker just sat in the booth, then sliced the meats and left. This place has gone down hill badly.

Really friendly and efficient staff when I go for lunch. Doesn’t always have all the typical Subway ingredients like guacamole or herb and cheese bread, but I don’t mind. Really close by my workplace, too, and nice, cozy interior.

Worst subway I’ve been to. I usually use the mobile app to order. Often times they don’t get the sandwiches right. Sometimes I’ve been given someone else’s completely different sandwich. When I do get the right sandwich it’s more often than not sloppily made and falling apart, barely warmed when it should be toasted, or extremely light on ingredients (even when ordering and paying for extra ingredients). I would not recommend at all.
