Wait is long, they don’t have a store number available on the web. If people place an order at the wrong store we can’t call and cancel it. Conditions of food is mid at best, their sandwiches are barely filled, overpriced, and on top of that the way the business is ran, they should have a number available on the web. From what I’ve heard of others it’s a wonder that they’re still open or have an operating license for this state. -10/10 don’t recommend.

I don’t know who made my sandwich, The Monster but when I asked him if The Dangerwich sandwich was still available to order, he said it was not. I saw it available on the app, just not the boards.

First time we went back tonight since they reopened under new manager. The name is subway but they don’t take subway coupons. I held the coupon up and ordered, they waited till 3 footlongs were all made and rung up before saying oh management says no coupons. Seriously, what should have been $19.99 cost me $38 and change. They seriously skim on fillings for them as well. Used to be nice full sandwiches . not now and for that price. Guess they aren’t looking for repeat customers. To bad used to be a favorite, guess not now.

Store is filthy. Parking lot has pot holes that could swallow a small car. The has white siding but is brown as it has never been washed. I don’t think the windows have ever been washed.

Placed an order online for 3 subs, they were made quickly, however the steak and cheese had almost no steak and ZERO cheese. The other two asked for mayo and mustard and neither sandwich had mayo or mustard. Not sure what happened here but I’ve placed online orders at nearly every subway in Maine and have NEVER had an issue… based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with this same experience. Remove online ordering if your staff cannot read the order correctly, please
