Employee said they didn’t have protein pockets in for a $4 pocket, so she’d make him a wrap of the same. Ok fine. We go to pay and she’s charged us $14 for it! For a REPLACEMENT. Because they didn’t have their ingredients and breads together. Didn’t think to mention the price would be increased by 300+ percent. We refused this. The manager was extremely rude as well. We overheard the manager and employee still talking about us loudly as we left. Unacceptable service. We will not be returning.

So sad that every time you go in to caribou subway there isn’t any bread only two pans of week, never any cookies made. The works never look at you or even seem happy. A lot of customers walked away just because of no bread

Greedy owner. They are signed up for the Daughters of Isabella Card (charity fundraiser card), which lists that you can get a 6” Sub Meal for $6.99. Midway through the year, the owner has decided to back out on honoring this. I mean who signs up to participate for a charity card fundraiser just to back out on honoring the deal they have listed on the card??? Deceptive and greedy.

Went in at 7:15 pm on Saturday night and the young ladies basically had the store closed and couldn’t give me the cookies I already ordered and paid for, they did substitute with 3 bags of chips. Anyway they close at 9pm….

Dude, this is like the worst Subway I’ve been to, like worse than an airport Subway. First of all, I couldn’t find the door. It’s like hidden around the side of the building (see picture), so it’s very hard to tell where to go. The sign isn’t helpful, and Google took us to a weird side of the building. Second, the service was garbage. There was one girl running the whole restaurant by herself, and she was both bad at her job and a jerk. Finally, not only did she use her phone while serving me, she did it with foodservice gloves on and then went back to making my food. Yum, face sweat. It was the petite blonde with the attitude issues, someone please have her retake a hand washing class or something.

This location has an amazing assistant manager, I watched him take on multiple online orders. A line of people in store and a coworker who was not feeling well. He hung in there and buckled down. He was diligent and attentive to all customers in store. Delegation and multitasking his way through a stressful environment. Most walk in guest were understanding. However there should have been a better staffing plan due to volume of people. Over great place will return.

There were only 2 people working…there were 4 people ahead of us and one left..4 people behind us and 2 left and there was 2 of us and we left…We waited 20 minutes and line never moved…I realize there are a lot of app orders but there are walk in customers also..So that being said let one take care of apps and other 2 work on walk ins..Doesn’t matter because we won’t go back..Very poor service.
