My friend and I waited for 30 minutes at the beginning of the line, not the end. The gentleman was moving so slowly and did not greet us or give us a timeline that he would be with us shortly. When he was making my sandwich, he dropped my cheese into the tuna fish container, and still applied the cheese to my sandwich. I had an Italian sub… he did not apologize, or say any words of any kind. If it were not for the fact that we had waited so long and the line had grown larger, I would have asked him to remake it for me but so many people were stressed out, waiting and had children with them. I’m just glad I’m not allergic to tuna or other fish. I just get extremely odd vibes when I’m there, the people are not social in any way and usually share information that they shouldn’t.

They got the order right. Stopped in once again only because I received a gift card. They were nice enough to give us stale bread from the day before. Even the cookies were awful

The guy we had was a rude person he was angry he threw covers shamed doors he threw the sandwichs he took out vegetables and threw them in the cooler, then threw the the covers on the floor, he made a sandwich and then he forgot chicken and open it and dumb the chicken on the sandwich and wrapped it back up,, when I asked where his helpers were he said I’m the only one here,, he went out to have a cigarette and when he came back he didn’t wash his hands and made a sandwich Gross,, he was not a happy person,, very angry person should not be working with the public we were there on Thursday the 18th around 1 to 1:30,, I ask for the meal of the day and he didn’t listen to me and made two big sandwiches we took them we didn’t argue with him,, it seems every time we go in there your workers are in a bad mood,, and tables are dirty it’s very sad,,

Best part of 1 item missing in everything we ordered were the TWO employees amongst the near empty chip rack, and numorus missing food items in the preptable! Good employees don’t stick around when there is lack of preparedness within management. These two employees not only need but deserve recognition for holding the store together tonight. I will be back from Kansas City in the weeks to come.

I waited about an hour for a mobile order. I decided to be respectful and not interrupt other customers so I waited in line for about 20 minutes to ask about it as they were a little busy. Another customer had walked in after me looking for their order maybe 10 minutes later. They were out of sandwich meat for it so they resolved it, but instead of being greeted as the next one in line they started to make the other customers sandwich. I vocalized I was missing a mobile order which had been sitting behind the counter ready the whole time. Such a huge waste of time.

What service??? I ordered online and received confirmation that my meal would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the express online order shelf was empty. I wait 25 minutes past the time give to pickup with no signs of my order, so I did what I tried to avoid doing and stood in line. When I finally was asked what I would like, I said that I was wait for 25 minutes for my order. The server look on the counter behind and said it was ready. It wasn’t read!! If it was it would have been at the express pickup. No apology was given, just a shoulder shrug. Service at this store is horrible. Oh and I ordered double protein but they only gave me a signal. Never again!!

It is protocol when ordering through doordash that they will not cook your bacon unless you have your bread toasted or special request cooked bacon. But in person your bacon will always be cooked. Night shift there is a joke.

Food always good. They need to do a better.job of training the workers to actually move it along. 2 of the guys that always work together move at a snails pace. Whether its a long line or just few people. I managed a sandwhich shop for over 10 years before i retired. They are by far the slowest moving sandwhich makers ive ever seen. And they are not new employees. Been here a while.

Ordered and paid for 4 subs online. Everything went good and I went to pick up order. I got there about 40 minutes later about 330 pm. There was one young man behind the counter and when I told him I was there for my order he got a little panicky and told me he tried to call to tell me they didn’t get any meat in today for my subs. He said the manager told him to just wait until I came in. The manager never came out. So now I have to hope they credit my card back, which I told him to, and I wasted my time and gas to be aggravated by incompetence. It doesn’t take much to add a caption about not being able to make sandwiches, especially when you have all day.

I like the Subs, but it should not take over 45 min standing in line to get one
2 kids were working slowly, overwhelmed and easily distracted.. A third person (manager?) Walking around doing nothing. People off to the side waiting for their online orders.
