The staff isn’t very friendly. They act like you should automatically know everything they have to offer, as if you worked there yourself. The food is usually not that great, even when ordering something I specifically want. It doesn’t taste fresh.

I have to say I’m pretty disappointed in my service here recently. I’ve had curbside pick-ups the last few times that I’ve been here and every time they forget something from my order. The last time I went, I actually told the lady that brought my order out that it wasn’t all here and proceeded to give me attitude. I showed her my receipt proving that she didn’t have it all there and she goes “you’re lucky you came within the last 10 minutes before I’m by myself for the night or I wouldn’t have brought the rest of your order out.” Meanwhile, I’m just asking her to give me what I ordered. It was not busy so I’m not sure why she was in such a rush that she couldn’t give me the rest of my order. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and I will not be going back for a long, long time.

Not very friendly. Talked and laughed with each other but not with customers. Just asked what they wanted. Subs were good if you like salad in the bread. Should go easier on the green stuff so you can taste the meat and cheese.

Store was very clean including the restroom. The staff was friendly and polite. The food looked fresh and everything was made perfect. The only downfall was their coolers are turned down too low and it froze the cucumbers and turned them mushy. That probably just saved me from a belly ache later anyway. 🙂

Calais Subway is always quick and convenient. The store is clean and updated with plenty of tables for the area inside. They are always participating in the app coupons and other promotions when other Subways don’t. The staff are hit or miss but usually nice and accommodating to making your food. I have no complaints about this particular store. It would be terrific if they added a drive-through lane, there looks like plenty of room for one.

Usually fast service. Typically friendly staff. All veggies and meats are fresh. (Except meatballs. Those are simmered all day. By evening they are kind of mushy.)
