Placed a mobile order and the protein wraps were incredibly dry, and barely had anything on it. The app said it came toasted, and it was cold as all hell. Meat wasn’t even heated. YUCK. I truly wish they’d just close this location and put something better. Won’t be back

When I first arrived, no one seemed to be around. After almost five minutes of waiting and saying “hello, anyone here, a man comes over. I tried ordering a footlong turkey, salami and bologna. I wanted a cold cut without ham as I do not like it. The guy said he couldn’t do that the meat was layered together and he would not get out just the bologna. He then threw bacon on my sandwich before I could respond with a “no thanks”. I asked if I could still make it a combo meal with a drink from the cooler because the fountain was broken. He said “yeah, but it might cost just a little bit more”. I paid over $26 for a sandwich, chips and drink! This is definitely not the Subway I used to know.

This Subway has gone from being the best Subway I’d ever visited to, unfortunately, the worst. I was not greeted when I walked in, and when I initiated with a “Hi, how are you doing today?” the only response I got was a flat “good.” The staff gave me blank stares instead of guiding the order. They never asked simple things like “what kind of cheese?” or “any veggies?” I felt like I had to walk them through every single step. Honestly, the sloth from Zootopia works faster than they do.

On top of that, they no longer carry the veggie patty or avocado. I understand that may be a supply decision, but given the service, I couldn’t help but wonder if they just didn’t want to go get them.

The Subway located in Blue Hill stands out as the best I’ve visited. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and well-prepared, and the restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere. A significant part of this positive experience is due to Holly, who is always exceptionally friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. Her dedication to excellent customer service truly sets this location apart. Highly recommended!

There is a lady named holly that works in Subway. She’s amazing. She is one of the best employees. I’ve seen there, she’s so polite. She’s so nice. I hope that Subway corporate recognizes. What of a good worker they have and keep her.

Ever since the new owner bought this subway I have never gotten such small and skimpy subs!!

The portions are terribly small and we thought it was the people working at the time but it’s the same no matter who is working. Will not return to this subway again ending an 11yr venture there with a few different owners

They have everything you want for a Subway, and the hours have improved with the most recent owners. We go there about once a week, and are always pleased with our purchases.

Recently opened back up under new management, the store looks better than it has in years, the staff is extremely friendly & we left smiling with fully bellies.

The greeting Holly gave when I entered the store made me feel so very welcomed. The store was clean and stocked. And, my sub was made perfectly. Tasted great. Thanks, Holly.

Ordered a Sandwhich for 220pm for my lunch break. App said it went through and was ready, took my money. Got there at 3 and the whole building was closed up. I peered in, no one. Looked for a sign on the door – only one there said closed Sundays (this is Monday). I checked the website. Nothing. I checked Google. Nothing. I called the store 3 times. 4th time an employee picks up and tells me they’re closed midday because produce went bad, bread is out of stock, and they couldn’t finish my order.

Instead of calling me to refund or notify me, or leaving a sign on the door, or leaving the store open and verbally telling me when I came to check, they just silently closed up with no explanation. Told them they really need to communicate with customers who have paid. I guess only the owner has access to the app? Totally unprofessional and stressful and wasted my lunch break. If you close because you’re out of stock or short staffed it’s common sense to leave a note to that effect on the door, and call to refund active orders you are unable to fulfill. Won’t be risking this again.
