I ordered Subway pizza, it’s not the worlds best pizza but it’s quick good pizza made to order in just a few minutes. The manager of this location is awesome, she makes sure everything is just perfect. This is the biggest reason we like this location.

Worst experience ever..ordered 4 sandwiches. The roll on one side was hard as could be..could not eat it..the other sandwich looked as if a 3 year old made it..one slice of pepper 2 slices of onion..just a child hand side of meat…called back young girl on laughed and said I would have to call in the morning my adult children would not eat there food did not even open them..manager said she would refund it..as I was driving back up to show the sandwiches to the manager and to get refund. Manager called me and said the general manager would not refund me but give me two free sandwiches…this establishment is not about its customers..so go to old town or brewer subway…they are amazing avoid this shop all together…the workers after 4 are young and don’t care about there work and are extremely rude!!! I lost 52.00 that night..don’t do the same!!!

Went in twenty minutes before they closed and was greeted by a gentleman in glasses. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, despite the store closing soon. He was very efficient, patient and was able to offer the full menu. It was an enjoyable experience and Subway should be glad to have someone like him running the store. Great Job.

The girls that work there are amazing! I come in every Tuesday and they are all always all smiles. And remember exactly what my favorites are and how I like my sandwichs. As I order the same thi g everytime I come in. But they still always are polite and ask me of I want the regular ❤️. I’ve come to think quite fondly of the people working there. All of them such a great crew of folks. I have zero issues with the food it’s always super fresh and clean. And they are so fast! Just an over all great experience every single time I’ve gone there. And I been going there 2 years now. Not a bad thing to say honestly.

I guess my only gripe is this : Why would you all make your customers uneasy by asking for a tip at the cash register when the “artist” is getting an hourly rate pay of $14.10 to $20.00?? My wife chooses “no tip” button and I pay for 2 sandwiches on debit. Get in the car to leave, feeling guilty as hell. Dug out cash, against wifes wishes, and went back into subway and left the artist a tip. But why? And it seems to be everywhere now.

This particular one is exceptional. Great service and construction of sandwiches. When I went there today, the mgr was all alone and still cranked out the product in a timely manner. There was a line of 8-9 customers, some with multiple sandwiches, and she just had at it. The owner should take note of the dedication and effort of this woman.

I can only assume this location stays in business because of UMO being close by & it is convenient for the students. Always seems like you are a bother just walking in the door & sandwiches are slapped together with the same attitude.
