Ordered 2 large sandwiches using the app on the the site. After entering my info, it started to verify but wouldn’t verify. It just kept spinning. I tried calling and it went directly to voicemail. I got frustrated and ordered from somewhere else. Two days later I noticed I got charged 24.60. I will NEVER order from there again.

The bread was old and falling apart, I slipped on ice going into the darn place. The server never asked if I was ok. They were out of 3 items that I wanted. I feel, I should have been given either my sandwich on them or at least a free one for a later date. I will not return to subway in old Town. Have a good day

So I Believe Thursday night i came in lost upset and just having the worst day ever. Didn’t know where I was, phone not working, trying to find my grandma. It’s very sad that almost everytime I go to this specific location they do the opposite of what I ask for on my sandwich.. this time really got me when I asked for extra ranch on my chicken bacon ranch and the guy literally didn’t put any! It’s crazy the attitude some of the employees have like they’re better than you or something and make you feel bad when they say they’re out of something, “at least you’re getting something” like not the something I paid for! And what’s with the attitude? You’re getting paid to be there, put your head down and do what you are supposed too. I’d love to talk to a manager or owner of this place..

This location is a disaster. The poor employees are left to deal with a poorly stocked shop and never can get in touch with a manager. Every time I arrive here to get a door dash, I need to contact the customer to get a substitution.

I had the worst experience with them on 10/2/22.. I was missing more than half my sandwich along with the other 4 I had gotten. I did the order on the mobile app so that I could grab and go and that there wouldn’t be any confusion of what each sandwich had on it.. needless to say they didn’t come with everything on it we asked.. the fallowing morning I talked to the manager of the store who was extremely sorry and wanted to make everything right again. She offered a remake and full refund.. but here’s where it gets way above customer service duties. She told me she needed to clear it with the owners and if she could call me back in a bit.. when she did call me back she informed me the owner was coming up from Portland to deliver me my refund and 2 fresh made sandwiches made by herself.. sure enough after giving her my info later on that afternoon he showed up and gave me a full apology and my sandwiches and refund after driving from Portland to old town then another 1hr north to me.. I gave this store 5 stars any day for the management team they are amazing and make great sandwiches. Thank you soo much again for going way above customer service expectations.

Never going back to this location. The last two times were not great experiences. This time the woman making my sandwich kept crushing my sandwich with her breast every time she leaned forward into the case. The young man who served my son was great hence the 3 stars for service. The bathroom was atrocious with mold in the toilet, grimey sinks that kind of defeat the point of washing hands. That alone was solid reason for me to not return. I used to love this location, we even used them for our wedding but sadly it’s gone downhill.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem at this location and the employees are always nice. The only reason I put 4 stars is for the only negative experience I had a while back. One female employee was letting a different employee have it about something that wasn’t a big issue in front of us in line. When she was making my sub and I asked for honey mustard on it she gave me a disgusted look and said “really?”. Look not everyone likes it but keep that stuff to yourself. Other than that great place
