We frequent there so often that they know our orders by memory. Always nice to see the managers, staff are always pleasant. The sandwich line is always clean and tidy and they never miss a beet when it comes to perfection. My only go to in this area!

Ordered some sandwiches on the app on my way home–I didn’t give much lead time before I arrived so I expected to wait. While I was waiting, Lilly, and another employee (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name), were conversational and engaging, while putting together a few orders, including mine. It was done super quick, and when I got home, the food was AMAZING. Great, friendly, competent staff for sure!

We came in for a couple sandwiches while driving through town and they were great. I was really amazed at the patience of the staff. The customer in front of us was placing a large order and had coupons and was very confused about what was and wasn’t a “series sandwich” and the staff did a great job explaining it to her several times until she got it. Then she wanted one sub half toasted and half untoasted. Then she wanted everything “with water content” on the side. Basically all the veggies and condiments. I was rolling my eyes with each new request. But the staff did it all with patience and a smile.

Horrible experience at the Dover Foxcroft Subway today. As soon as I walked in the door the woman behind the counter started screaming at me because I threw away trash in their trash bin. Then proceeded to complain through the whole transaction. The place was practically empty. I’ve been buying sandwiches at that location since it opened. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway.

They gotta give that young lady a raise! Better yet just put her in charge haha. If the owners check they’re reviews. I was served by 6013 I got my order at 5:09:46 pm on 5/25/2023. It was packed in that building. The customers just kept coming. Online orders every minute. 3,4,5 sandwiches at a time. And the person who was staffed ALONE did amazing. She was keeping it together. Getting everything done. Maintaining a clean work space. Remaining calm and joyous. I used to work at Subway I know how stressful and tiring it is. And she did awesome. Her stock was being eaten up and sold and she found ways to refill. It was great seeing someone work that hard.

Their sub quality has diminished along with customer service skills. I have never had a pleasant experience. I stopped going. Dude, go to Mountains, their subs are better and you support more locally! Love and Peace!

Newly redone. Looks sharp. Clean. Friendly. And Fresh (the food that is). Now offers seasonal outdoor seating as well as indoor dining. Did I mention friendly? Just visited again today and had very personable service.

Im not a fan of Subway. The staff was accommodating. We were moving and dressed poorly but they were still really nice and helpful to my friend who has wheat allergies. They wrapped her sandwich fillings in an omelette instead of the bread. Very excellent way to treat customers.
