Older man today made my sandwich, which was the meal of the day for Wednesday. It says everywhere that the meal of the day includes chips (or cookies) and a small soda for 9.99.
He charged me 18.99 and refused to actually give me the deal because I used a different sauce and let me know the state tax was 9 dollars. None of that makes any sense. He also dropped most of the toppings on this sandwhich while wrapping it up.
What a mess.

Older man Rushed through my sandwich’s and were made very sloppy. Had to repeatedly ask for what I ordered and all he would say is “ is that it? Is that it? “ half of the toppings fell off when he was wrapping them. What a waste for almost $60 for 3 sandwiches.

Julie was completely rude when I placed an online order. I had come in early on my online order and told her it’s mine so she doesn’t have rush it and she snapped gave me a dirty look and said “Well you’re supposed to give us time to make it.” I’ve been a regular here for about a year and it made the situation tense and awkward. Unfortunately I will be eating at Harvest Moon Deli from now on and my coworkers already said they’re doing the same.

They really need to do something about the older blond lady that works there. I’ve never encountered someone so rude at any fast food establishment until I started going to this Subway. She is absolutely the most unpleasant “sandwich artist”. She takes her anger out on your sub, throws it around, yells at the other staff. She needs to leave that attitude at home.
Edit to add: another terrible experience at this location. This time with the 90 LBS, 12 year old boy that works there. He was high as a kite and giving me attitude. My sandwich was a mess.

I went at 12:30 today to get a sandwich for lunch. I was asked what type of bread I would like.I answered wheat. Then the rude sandwich maker had a barrage of questions which I did my best to answer. She asked what type of sandwich. I told her it would be mostly vegetable. She then asked me if I would have avocado on it. I said I don’t quite know yet. Then she raised her voice and said well. Is it toasted? Is there going to be any meat? I need to know what is going to be on this sandwich by the time I get to the end of The table. I put up my hands and walked off and she goes well. I have to ask questions, I said you don’t need to like that and walked out. If that is the real attitude that Subway wants representing their company, they got a gold mine with that horrid woman they hired. If she was just having a bad day. I truly hope she’s over it before the next customer walks in that place. I’ll never go there again.

Don’t ever try to take a coupon into subway.You will get harassed and screamed at and being accused of hiding your coupon.And then declined being able to use your coupon.Why even give out coupons if you guys are going to scream at people?I was literally in subway with my baby seven weeks old, and the employee yelled and screamed at me and accused me of hiding my coupon and declined me to use my coupon.I should have called the cops and next time, I will, if it ever happens again .That’s how bad she was yelling at me embarrassing and if you don’t like your job, find a new one if you don’t want to use coupons, don’t give them out

The 2 sandwiches that were made were absolutely trash…looked like a 5 years old made them. Spent around $50 with $5 tip…I can say that will never happen again. Will NEVER EVER go the Brewer Subway again.

I’ve never quite experienced this level of attitude from any fast food place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and told it would be a while. There was no one in line but apparently a lot of online orders. The employee was swearing left and right about it all coming at once. Someone came in to get there online order and was yelled at for being two minutes early. She decided to grab our bread and start telling us she was about to make our sandwich after about 10 minutes. When I didn’t immediately blurt out the bread I wanted she ignorantly said we could wait longer since we didn’t know what we wanted. I told her I was waiting until she got my wife’s out and again she said I could wait longer. I told her that her attitude sucked, merry Christmas and she should try to be happy. We walked out. I don’t know how this place stays in business with employees like this. Several similar reviews. I will never go there again. Subway you should really question your franchise owners that allow employees to treat their customers this way. Wish I could give zero stars.

Lady was very rude and rushing, they were out of almost everything, and although missing most ingredients from the two subs we got (again they were out) we were still charged 40 dollars. We have ordered two sandwiches and more at other subways and not break 35 dollars, and they had all the ingredients.

Very rude service and I messaged the owner privately Brian to express concern of his staff and received no empathy or response but was blocked . I had to take video footage due the staffs behavior. Very Derogatory and rude for no reason being. I asked simply about placing two orders one thru the app and one aside from the app and food associate was way over her head with patience and just look her crap. Swore at me said she did not have to serve my kind. I waited patiently all with customers and my kids witnessed this behavior. The other staff apologized 4 times for her. I said I can only have compassion for people like that. I would definitely consider different location until they can find staffing with professionalism .
