We decided to have sandwiches for dinner and it was horrible! I love subway sandwiches, but I am about to stop getting them! I got 3 subs last night and the bread was like shoeleather. The bread flaked, cracked and was tough. This has happened several times lately. I do ask the attends to make sure the bread is soft because two out or three of us have dentures. You need to do something about this or lose customers.
